Wellbeing programme we have arranged a cycle road-show

with our partners ‘Get Cycling’.

Try the meeting bike, mini bike and all sorts of different variations.

Course Content

Ministry of Food courses are friendly fun and welcoming, and suitable for both beginners and people with some cooking experience. On our standard course you can expect to achieve some of the following outcomes:

- Learn about healthy eating

- Learn a range of different cooking skills and techniques

- Learn about food hygiene and safe cooking

- Gain confidence to cook from scratch and follow a recipe

- Learn about shopping and budgeting

- Eat, taste and cook some great Jamie Oliver recipes

- Enjoy yourself!

- Find out more about other course and progression routes

WINTER NUTRITION COURSE

10 weeks –12:00 – 12:45 - 14th September – Head Office

15 minute 1-2-1 appointments 13:00 – 14:00

Led by qualified nutritionists.

MONTHLY WALKING CHALLENGES AND PRIZES FOR EMPLOYEES

24th September 9 am guided 5 mile (10,000 steps) walk at Lady Bower Reservoir.
