Hi Lauri,I read about neurofeedback and got interested. I am a psychotherapist myself, working mainly with traumatized clients. I have a trauma background myself. My main symptoms are constant high arousal, fears and anxiety. I have also long suffered from tight muscles and aches. I am able to regulate myself with Yoga and meditation, but still my bodily sensations cause constant arousal, anxiety and overalertness. My own psychotherapist is currently on a long sick leave so thought I could try different methods meanwhile. Do you think I could benefit from neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback training (ILF HD) was done according to the Protocol Guide. Start was with P4-T4 but ended up training P4-T4, T3-T4, P4-T4 @0,004. Client did not tolerate right prefrontal orsynchrony. Though RF had to be exactly 0,004, the Feedback had a significant impact on hisreactions. More relaxed feedback like watching a beach scenery on You Tube worked best. Weplan to add Alpha-Theta to target Attachment issues in the psychotherapeutic process.

Aihe: Greetings!
Hi Lauri,Greetings from Greece! I had to write and tell that NFB has totally changed my life. As if traumas, insecurity, fears and anxiety really finally have vanished. 😮😮 Flights, travelling all the way to the outback, hiking and climbing, even in tight spots. No fear, anxiety or insecurities. I have never felt this way. It is hard to understand, but it is really a new and wonderful feeling. I am so happy that I got to try neurofeedback and that is has clearly worked (this cannot be placebo any more). Thank you for being so dedicated this and that you are able to help people like me 😊😊😊😊
Best regards,John Alias
