In Questback Essentials, we call the people you
invite to provide feedback ‘Respondents’, and
following our ambition to make feedback simple, we
also simplified the way that you handle
respondents:
Managing the list of your respondents is an
integrated part of your workflow - you can
choose between multiple ways to add them:
manually (copy/paste), from lists by re-using
contacts groups, from files that you upload or
through integration calls.
File based imports allows you to include known
data about your respondents in addition to their
