The site has a privileged location right on the Guadalquivir river, between San Telmo Bridge and the mythical Triana district.One of the design premise will be to take advantage of the privileged views and also to includevegetation in order to create a smooth transition between the river and the new building which will be designed without ostentation, and also will generate a synchronization between the own personality of Triana district with a clear architectural language of the project.
