BACKGROUND

• This company has been establishing on 2006 which is almost 10 years in market where they are still providing.

• There are more than 200 people who working in this company including local and foreigners.

• Employee’s working time is not fixed as each one work based on their shift.

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

• Internal recruitment is when the business looks to fill the vacancy from within its existing workforce.

• The type of internal recruitment used by Grille Tech is formal.

• Used in their organization where employee in one department may not hear about opportunities elsewhere in the organization through informal modes of communication.

• Banner, jobstreet and newspaper.

• Banner and newspapers help company to convey their

message to a large number of audiences who could turn out to

be their potential customers.

• Job street delivers job information straight to a candidates

mailbox quickly and convenient.

Interview is one stage of the hiring process.

- Review the job description

- Review candidate’s work history

- Have the schedule

- Manager holds the interview in a comfortable

setting.

• Job testing

• Manager ask specific behavioral question.

• Manager will use assessment to test his

employees for better result measuring

specific characteristic

TRAINING• Training and development describe the formal, ongoing efforts

of organization to improve the performances and self-fulfillment of their employees through a variety of methods and programs.

• They provide different type of training according to different position in that company. Example of training is on job- training.

• Off job training occurs when employees are taken away from their place of work to be trained for better job performance.

• Grille Tech organization don’t accept internship program in their company for student.

• Training procedure: orientation, training requirement, testing and evaluation.

• An orientation for newly hired person where the employees are given an introduction to the business.

Compensations

• The procedures and benefits may differ from one to one organization, according to their organization’s rules and regulations.

• Provide incentives to permanent employees.

BENEFITS

• The range of bonus will vary depending on the level and performance of their employees.

• Provides career enhancement programs to their employees.

EXISTING PROCEDURE

• The existing procedures of Grille Tech for

permanent and contract employees .

• Entitled to terminate the contract of employees.

Others

• Most of them are from different culture backgrounds but all of them are treated equally without any biasness.

• Issue a warning letter to the employee.

• Will try to talk and motivate the non-performance employee before warning letters are issued.

• Will conduct a meeting with their managerial level employees and expertise from outsource.

CONCLUSION

• Company has their own goals and objectives.

• Griile Tech has reached the customers’ needs by bringing out the best of all employee producing their product.
