An administrator sets up new assets only once

Assets can be associated with employees, jobs, facilities, etc., and can also be associated with key documents like warranties, user guides and vendor contact information

Coating Details summarize the coating system, the environment of the asset, and thickness of an existing coating

Detail Descriptions created by a Carboline coatings expert include a condition score for quantifying the coating condition of the asset

Coating Survey Reports are generated from the Coating Details and provide a comprehensive document that details the coating conditions of every asset

Cost Analysis Reports compare the current estimated cost of coatings repair to projected costs in the future. This allows the customer to plan and budget for coatings repairs of their assets.

Paint Schedule Reports show the current condition and estimated cost of repair for each asset and also project the conditions and repair costs in the future
