¤ Tratar mejor enfermedades de base (RA, RSC) para evitaragudizaciones.
¤ Tratar correctamente con fármacos sintomáticos (+ CINs las RSAde > 7-10 días)
¤ Validar criterios de Diagnóstico de RSA Bacteriana fiables.
¤ Tratar con antibióticos, solo una vez diagnosticada la RSAbacteriana y con el antibiótico correcto.
MENSAJES CLAVE
¤ La mayoría de RSA son no bacterianas.
¤ No hay que realizar pruebas diagnósticas en RSA no complicadas.
¤ El resfriado común solo precisa tratamiento sintomático.
¤ Los corticoides intranasales son útiles en la RSA posviral.
¤ Considerar el uso de fitoterapia en la RSA
