Creación del nuevo formato? Para crear las nuevas etiquetas hay que hacer dos

cosas previas a la creación del formato: ? Crear las nuevas etiquetas como ENTRY ID. Desde

la opción de Systemconfig/policy definitions/ General/ Entry ID/Cataloge: ? TITULA, ASIGNA, CURSO, CUATRIMES,

COVOCA, CALVEASIG y PROFESOR como simplesEntry ID

? y EXAMEN-FULL y EXAMEN-TEMP como Entry IDSynomime para que pueda elegirse posteriormente en la definición del formato como formato de visualización con la única diferencia de la presencia o ausencia de CLAVEASIG

Creación del nuevo formato? Crear los keyword index que vamos a utilizar desde la

opción de Systemconfig/policy definitions/Cataloguing/Keyword index). Para ello, tras consultar con SIRSI, reutilizamos algunos de los que ya están creados pero no usamos porque están vinculados al formato de TECHNICAL REPORT. De los propuestos por Lorenzo (ACLS, CHGA, IACS, DCLS, DESN, DCDT) usamos tan solo los 5 primeros (ya que CURSO, CUATRIMES y CONVOCA irán todos a un único índice CONVOCA) y siguiendo sus instrucciones modificamos todo menos el nombre interno:
