Operating Activities Check List/Advance ActivityReceiving of Containers from Sea Ports at CFS Receiving Advance IGM from Shipping Line
Recording of container, marking comparison with manifest, and local transportation to CFS
Inform railway/ Port Authority of Any Discrepancies
Unloading and Stacking containers At designated place- Stack.
Delivery of FCL Container from Stack onto Vehicles/Trailors
Present cargo at customs bay for examination after the importer has filed the paper
LCL Container are taken to warehouse, destuffed & empty containers return to SL Plot Segregate of Cargo, present it to customs
Collection of Charges due to container and Cargo Issue Receipts
Preparation of Gate-pass for removal of container / Cargo
Check for Customs clearance of the goods/Final Pass Out
Check at Gate: Condition of container and cargo, correctness of removal Record condition, get acknowledgment
