Los exprimidores Zummo Nature cuentan con el sistema de exprimido exclusivo de Zummo, Efficient Vertical System (EVS) Advanced.Con el EVS, la fruta cae de la cesta a la copa y es cortada verticalmente. De esta forma, el zumo resultante no entra nunca en contacto con la corteza, siendo su recorrido hasta el vaso el mínimo posible. Con ello se consigue desperdicio 0 y se obtiene un zumo con el sabor más puro posible.

Zummo Nature juicers have the exclusive Zummo Efficient Vertical System (EVS) Advanced juice extraction system. With the EVS, the fruit drops from the basket to the cup and it is cut vertically. Thus, the resulting juice never enters into contact with the peel, and the distance to the disposable cup is as short as possible. Thus, waste is reduced to 0 and the juice obtained has the purest flavour possible.

Se les denomina a los modelos en los que las máquinas no llevan cubetas como es habitual, sino mangas adaptables a un troquel previamente recortado sobre una superficie. Su finalidad es poder colocar el exprimidor sobre, por ejemplo, una barra y que las mangas conduzcan las cortezas hasta los depósitos que estarán en el interior de esta. El cliente tendrá que manipular su barra para que acoplen las mangas del exprimidor.

This is the name given to the models whose machines do not have containers as they normally do, but chutes adaptable to a mould that has been previously cut out on a surface. Its purpose is to be able to install the juicer on a counter, for example, and for the peel to drop down the chutes to the tanks that will be located on the inside. The client will have to manipulate the counter so that juicer chutes are coupled correctly.

Los exprimidores Service, cuentan con un depósito de 7,6 litros de capacidad donde se recoge el zumo exprimido. Este depósito incorpora un grifo para facilitar el llenado de recipientes. Al contrario que en las versiones Self Service, en los modelos Service el grifo no acciona la máquina; el sistema de exprimido se acciona a través del display programador.

The Service juicers have a 7.6 litre capacity tank where the squeezed juice is collected. This tank has a tap to make it easier to fill receptacles. Unlike the Self Service versions, in the Service models the tap does not activate the machine; the juice extraction system is activated from the programmer display.

Los modelos versión Self Service de Z14 incorporan un grifo que, al ser presionado, activa el exprimido, sin necesidad de accionarlo a través del display programador.

La gama Z40 incluye de serie la nueva bandeja grifo Self Service Adapt. La activación del grifo se ha desarrollado en forma de palanca basculante para mejorar su usabilidad. Además, cuenta con dos posiciones: modo continuo o modo grifo. Con este nuevo diseño, el caudal de zumo es mayor y se garantiza que es evacuado en su totalidad, evitando acumulaciones en la parte inferior de la bandeja.

The Z40 range includes the new Self Service Adapt tap tray as standard equipment. The tap is activated like a swing lever, making it easier to use. It has two positions: continuous mode or tap mode. With this new design, the juice flow volume is greater and total discharge is guaranteed, avoiding accumulations in the bottom of the tray.

The Z14 Self Service version models incorporate a tap which, when pressed, activates the juice extraction. There is no need to activate this from the programmer display.

Las cortezas se recogen en una bolsa que se sujetará en un aro específico que se encuentra en el interior del mueble. La capacidad de recogida de cortezas dependerá del tamaño de la bolsa que se utilice.

This refers to the unit that comprises the juicer plus the cabinet. It is made of stainless steel and measures 780 (h) x 610 (w) x 600 (d) mm. The peel is collected in a bag that will be secured in a specific ring that is located on the inside of the cabinet. The container capacity will depend on the size of the bag used.

La cubeta Gastronorm, encastrada en los muebles Cabinet, proporciona espacio adicional para poder llenar de zumo los recipientes más grandes, como garrafas. La nueva versión incluye una tapa metálica para cubrir el hueco y poder usarla sin la funcionalidad Gastronorm. The Gastronorm tray, imbedded in the Cabinet units, provides additional space to be able to fill larger receptacles, such as carafes, with juice. The new version includes a metal lid to cover the area and be able to use it without the Gastronorm functionality. All the Cabinet units include the Gastronorm as standard equipment, except for the Store line cabinets.
