El ensamblaje de abrazaderas de seguridad PANNF es una operación sencilla y puede llevarse a cabo segura y rápidamente con herramientas normales. Ver ilustraciones. Tenga en cuenta la columna DE en las páginas del catálogo, que muestran el diámetro exterior máximo y mínimo de manguera (con el terminal de manguera colocada) Las abrazaderas de seguridad

PANNF pueden ensamblarse en todas las mangueras ELAFLE con los diámetros indicados. Pueden también usarse con las mangueras de otros fabricantes que cumplan los mismos estándares de diámetro y construcción. Las abrazaderas de seguridad PANNF fueron dise adas para cumplir la demanda actual de mangueras reforzadas y de grosor no de pared. Debido a su dise o con aros de gran agarre en su lado interno, ANNF cubre un amplio rango de abrazaderas. Este dise o es diferente a anclajes similares que tienen paredes internas suaves que pueden dejar deslizar la manguera del vástago cuando son sometidas a presión.

Tenga en cuenta: El ensamblador es responsable de probar la conductividad eléctrica del montaje de manguera.

Desmontaje: Ver ilustraciones 3-6 en sentido inverso. Tenga en cuenta que el pasador no puede retirarse sin ayuda de un tornillo.

PANNF N no reutilizable (página 29 )El pasador de bloqueo no tiene cabeza, por tanto, el pasador puede introducirse en los aros de bloqueo y no puede ser retirado. e recomienda enterrar el agujero tras el montaje. El ensamblaje de la abrazadera de seguridad PANNF N es el mismo que el descrito anteriormente.

ith other manufacturer s hoses that meet the same dimensional and construction standards. The PANNF safety clamp has been designed to meet modern day demand for hoses of braided reinforcement and thin all construction. Due to their design ith high gripping rings on the inner side, PANNF cover a large

erent from similar clamps that have smooth inner alls that can allo a hose to slip under pressure from the vice.

Please note : The assembler is responsible for testing the electrical conductivity of the hose assembly.

Disassembly : Please see illustrations 3 6 in reverse. Note the pin cannot be removed ithout using a vice.

PANNF N non reusable ( page 29 )The locking pin does not have a head, therefore the pin can be driven into the locking rings and cannot be removed. t is recommended to burr the hole after assembly. The assembly of the PANNF N safety clamp is the same as described previously.

Usado preferentemente con ácidos, particularmente idroclórico, para el que el acero inoxidable A 316 Ti no es su ciente. Ver tabla de resistencia en página 250.

Unión de mangueras flexiblesEs recomendable la utilización de al menos dos abrazaderas en cada extremo. Utilizando abrazaderas hasta DN 50, normalmente una abrazadera por cada lado garantiza una conexión ajustada y segura para conexiones de tubería exibles. El principio de la abrazadera es crear una presión

uniforme alrededor de toda la circunferencia de la unión. Una abrazadera en cada extremo normalmente es su ciente cuando la presión no excede de 6 bar.

Montajes de Manguera

Para un ensamble seguro de los complementos de manguera deberían emplearse al menos dos abrazaderas en cada extremo. Deje una distancia de 10 mm entre el extremo del ca o y la abrazadera.
