SB 292 Requires Event Center to be Best in NFL for

Trip Reduction

Event Centers trip ratio no more than 90% of trip ratio at any other NFL stadium

Annual Trip Reports after 2nd season

If trip ratio at Farmers Field is more than 90% of the trip ratio at next best NFL

stadium, City shall require additional trip reduction measures

Trip reduction measure used at other NFL stadiums presumed to be feasible unlesspreponderance of evidence demonstrates measure is infeasible

Feasibility of other measures is normal substantial evidence rule under CEQA

If additional measures are required, Annual Trip Reports shall be required for

another 5 years OR until Event Center is best in NFL for 2 consecutive years

Trip reduction measures are in addition to other mitigation measures required by

CEQA
