L' INE, dirigida a nuestros lectores presentando los contenidos de

este nmero.

Hablamos con Mara-ngeles Durn, profesora de investigacin del Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales del CSIC, sobre los horarios en Espaa y los condicionantes sobre el uso que hacemos de nuestro tiempo.

Los dos primeros artculos se centrarn en la metodologia de la Encuesta de Empleo del Tiempo yalgwas de sus aplicaciones.

los padres sobre la atencin de los hijos y el tiempo que empleamos en desplazarnos al trabajo.

Una de las caracteristicas de la Encuesta de Empleo es que permite estudiar los diferentes usos del tiempo que realizan hombres y mujeres. En este sentido, el artculo de Vicent Borras y Sara Moreno, aborda las diferencias de gnero en el uso del tiempo y establece algwas matizaciones a los resultados. Tambin el artculo de Gerardo Meil y Jess Rogero, analiza las diferencias de gnero en el trabajo remWlerado y en el no remunerado.

Por ltimo, Clara Torras, Eulalia Oller y Marta Masats, nos explican la experiencia del ldescat en la realizacin de la Encuesta de Uso del Tiempo en Catalua y sus principales resultados .
