Cada 14 de junio se celebra el Día

Mundial del Donante de Sangre. Este

Día sirve para concienciar sobre la necesi-

dad de disponer de sangre y productos

sanguíneos seguros y para agradecer a

quienes donan sangre de forma voluntaria

y no remunerada su altruismo, que per-

mite salvar vidas.

Este año, el lema de la campaña es que la donación

de sangre es un regalo que salva vidas.

El Día Mundial del Medio Ambiente (DMMA)

es un evento anual que se celebra cada 5 de

Junio. Según La Organización de las

naciones Unidas para la Agricultura

(FAO), cada año se desperdician 1,3

billones de toneladas de comida. Este

hecho es altamente perjudicial para las

fuentes naturales de recursos y genera

consecuencias negativas en el medio

que nos rodea. Por ello, este año el

DMMA tiene como lema: Piensa.

Aliméntate. Ahorra, una campaña para de re-

ducir los desechos y las pérdidas de alimentos.
