Vol%: 13.5% Total acidity: 5.55 gr/l Ph: 3.57 Tasting Notes: The wine is deep burgundy red, with aromas of ripe red berries and spices highlighted by touches of dried fruit and vanilla. It is a very well-structured wine with mature tannins and a smooth finish. The Liguai estate, exclusive source of Pérez Cruz wines and home to our winery, is located in the Maipo Valley’s “Maipo-Andes” subregion, nestled against the mountain foothills between 1,450 and 1,700 feet elevation. Our Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon faithfully reflects the unique features of Maipo Andes: combination of alluvial parcels ; stony, high permeability and drainage due to the presence of gravel in the subsoil. The first 30 to 60 cm of soil textures present from loam to sandy clay, with a slightly alkaline pH. Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2015
