Remember you are in a relaxing and quiet environment. Please note the use of mobile phones is not allowed in the Spa.

Please do not forget to use a swimsuit or shorts to access our Thermal Spa and wear sport shoes in our Gym.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen frühzeitig Ihre Be-handlungen zu buchen, um Ihnen die gewünschten Zeiten zu garantieren. Um eine Reservierung zu bestätigen, bitten wir Sie um die Angabe Ihrer Kre- ditkarten Nummer.

Stornierungen Ihrer Reservierung

Bitte sagen Sie gebuchte Behandlun-gen 24 Stunden vorher ab sonst müs-sen wir Ihnen leider die Behandlung zu 50% in Rechnung stellen. Wenn Sie 12 Stunden vor der Behandlung abbrechen würde zu 100% geladen werden.

Gesundheitszustand

Es ist sehr wichtig, dass Sie uns vor Ihrer Behandlung über Ihren Gesundheits- zustand informieren. Allergien, Entzün- dungen, Bluthochdruck, Gefässproble- me ect. Bitte Informieren Sie uns auch über die Einnahme von Medikamenten oder eventueller Schwangerschaft.

Etikette

Denken Sie daran, dass Sie in einem Gemütliches Umwelt und Ruhe sind und Sie dürfen nicht das Mobiltelefon vor Ort nutzen.

Vergessen Sie nicht den Badeanzug zu unserem Thermal Spa zugreifen und tragen Sportschuhe für die Nutzung der Einrichtungen die Turnhalle.
