Sol Badajoz is a business group comprising several firms specializing in the field of fruit and vegetable produce, with over 25 years’ experience in the sector.

The group’s main focus is on our own production in the field and the manipulation, classification, packaging and commercialization of fruit and vegetable products, complemented by the manufacture of both a line of canned tomato and bell pepper preserves, and different types of plastic boxes for use in the food industry.

Our entire fruit production is grown in the Vegas Altas and Vegas Bajas (highlands and lowlands) of the river Guadiana in the Extremadura region of Spain.

The firm commitment we have maintained from the first day to our customers and collaborators has helped make the Sol Badajoz Group the leader in the fruit and vegetable sector in Spain, as well as a reputed name in the international agricultural sector, exporting its products to four continents.

Sol Badajoz es un grupo empresarial integrado por varias empresas que desarrollan su actividad en el campo de la hortofruticultura, con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector.

Nuestra actividad principal se centra en la producción propia en campo, la manipulación, clasificación, envasado y comercialización de productos hortofrutícolas, cumplimentada con la fabricación de conservas de tomates y pimientos, así como la fabricación de cajas de plástico para uso alimentario.

Nuestra producción frutícola proviene de las Vegas Altas y Vegas Bajas del Guadiana en la Comunidad de Extremadura en España.

The high standard of its infrastructures provides the Sol Badajoz Group with ample logistical capacity to ensure that the entire volume of its production is delivered in optimal conditions and with the utmost flexibility.

All our varieties of plums are characterized by their firm, shiny skin, and their sweet flesh. Nuestras variedades de paraguayo,de sabor dulce y muy agradable, contienen muchos hidratos de carbono (52%), bastantes proteínas, gran cantidad de fibra y apenas lípidos, además de un alto porcentaje de vitaminas A, B2 y B3 y ácido fólico. Su cuidadosa recolección hace que llegue en óptimas condiciones asegurando una mayor rentabilidad a la hora de su comercialización.

An aromatic fruit with a hard consistency, a delicate honey-like aroma and a rough, acid flavour, making it something of an acquired taste. Traditionally consumed in jelly form. The variety selected and grown by Sol Badajoz presents a uniform fruit with a shiny smooth coloured skin which conveys an extraordinary, healthy appearance for consuming fresh or processed.

De origen tropical, nuestro caqui presenta un brillo intenso, una inmejorable coloración rojiza y una pulpa carnosa de sabor extremadamente dulce. En Sol de Valdivia S.L. llevamos desde 2004 dedicados a la fabricación de conservas vegetales derivadas del tomate y del pimiento, productos cultivados en nuestra región.

At Sol de Valdivia S.L., we’ve been manufacturing canned vegetables since 2004, using locally-grown tomatoes and bell peppers.
