FIRST CONDITIONAL The first conditional or Future Real Conditional is used to talk about a possible situation in the future and its result. So, it describes a cause and effect in the future. We can use if or when to describe the cause or condition. El primer condicional o Futuro Real Condicional es usado para hablar acerca de una posible situación en el futuro y su resultado. Por lo tanto, el Futuro Real Condicional describe una causa y un efecto en el futuro. Podemos usar when (Cuando) o if (si) para describir la causa o condición. GRAMMAR STRUCTURE: CONDITION FUTURE RESULT If + Simple Present Simple Future (will)
If you study hard, you will pass the exam.: Si estudias mucho, pasaras el examen. CONDITION RESULT (WILL) (SIMPLE PRESENT)

MIGHT / MIGHT NOT: Use might to express small possibility. Might and may mean the same in Spanish (tal vez), but may is stronger than might. Where is Lupita? I don´t know. She might be with her friends. ¿Dónde está Lupita? No lo sé. Ella tal vez este con sus amigos. + MIGHT + Verb in simple Form + complement. MIGHT NOT COULD: Expresses possibility (podría) If you buy a lottery ticket, you could win the lottery. SYNONYMS: Are words that mean the same. Los sinónimos son palabras que significan lo mismo.
Strong = powerful: poderoso
Go back = return: regresar
Fantastic = magnificent: magnificiente
Angry = furious: furioso
Surprised = astonished: sorprendido
Very bad = terrible: terrible
Big = enormous: enorme
Scared = terrified: aterrado

Cold = freezing: muy frío
Nice = delicious: delicioso
Tired = exhausted: cansado
PREFIXES: Give a negative meaning to a word. certain: cierto uncertain: incierto un im give a negative meaning to a word. dis Cuando se agregan estos prefijos a algunas palabras, le dan un significado negativo.

perfect – imperfect: imperfecto
