Correlación de los subtipos de Lehmann con la respuesta
completa patológica, en pacientes con cáncer de mama
triple negativo, tratados con antraciclinas más taxanos
neoadyuvantes.

OBJETIVOS
1. Determinar los subtipos de Lehmann y revalidarlos
en nuestra población partiendo de tejido FFPE.
2. Determinar los subtipos intrínsecos por la firma
PAM50.
3. Correlación entre subtipos de Lehmann y RCp*.
* RCp: ausencia de tumor infiltrante en mama y axila.

CONCLUSIONES
Los subtipos de Lehmann podrían predecir la RCp tras el tratamiento con
quimioterapia neoadyuvante, a pesar de que en este estudio no
encontramos una relación estadísticamente significativa entre los subtipos
de Lehmann y la RCp.
Las pacientes con el subtipo BL1 tienen la tasa más alta de RCp tras recibir
QT en neoadyuvancia, mientras que el subtipo LAR la más baja.
El subtipo BL2 no responde de la misma manera que el subtipo BL1.
(Masuda et al.,2013).
Entre la RCp global de todas las pacientes y la RCp de cada subtipo de
Lehmann se observan diferencias de hasta un 20%.
FUTURAS ESTRATEGIAS
1. Aumentar el número de pacientes para adquirir más
significación estadística y validar los datos.
2. En base al perfil de expresión génica de cada subtipo,
validar el uso de terapias dirigidas en este grupo de
pacientes.
