04 2015 – Guildford Borough Council, Building Surveyor
Carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance works on council corporate building stock, to include listed and ancient monuments, farm buildings, farm housing, air raid shelters, lido. Multi storey car parks Works include specification writing, tendering, budgeting, managing information for the programme, updating and general contract administration to include management of contractors elements of design and client briefing.]

Reactive maintenance and planned maintenance. Structural defects and annual maintenance surveys, health and safety surveys on corporate, educational, police stations, offices, sports halls and swimming pools. These were a mixture of traditional buildings, concrete & steel structures and Scola structures, Also carried out day to day maintenance on domestic buildings for Hyde Housing Association and the Diocese of Portsmouth on the mainland and the Isle of Wight.
