Work at the co-working centre included supplying and installing new flooring and general lighting. The centre was fitted with both standard and custom-manufactured equipment to make it serviceable.
As for the business incubator, it was fitted with 78 complete workstations.

The new Parador Hotel in Cádiz is a modernseven storey building whose avant-gardedesign has given rise to a new icon in contemporary architecture.
Our involvement consisted of the design,supply and installation of comprehensiveequipment for the common areas and forthe 106 rooms comprising the New Paradorde Cádiz.
The rooms have been equipped with desig-ner furniture and adapted/special woodwork.They have been complemented with built-in,decorative lighting, standard furniture andoutdoor furnishings for terraces.
The common areas are distributed overthe ground floor, the mezzanine and thefirst floor, where we have equipped all theaccess, reception, administrative, GaleríaTierra, snack room, restaurant, conventionhalls, business/client rooms, library,breakfast room, spa, terrace and outdoorpool areas. Modifications were also made tothe lighting system, in order to adapt lightingto the desired design.

Our involvement consisted of the design,supply and installation of comprehensiveequipment for the 18 junior suites distributedover the floors of rooms of the Parador.The 18 suites have been equipped with designer furniture and adapted/special woodwork.
They have been complemented withbuilt-in, decorative lighting, standard furniture
and outdoor furnishings for terraces.

Comprehensive implementation of residenceand day care centre for the elderly andsubsequent equipping.
The Sant Joan de Deu Residence andDay Care Centre for the Elderly in Martorellis a healthcare centre with 91 rooms thatis designed to accommodate up to 135residents and to provide service to another35 in the day care centre. It has 47 privaterooms and 44 shared rooms for residents.It is located in the western part of the city ofMartorell, with almost direct access from theA-7 highway.
The new site is a single curved building,consisting of a basement, a ground floor andtwo more floors. The parking and auxiliaryservices of the centre are located in thebasement, the day care centre and commonservices are on ground floor and the roomsfor residents are on the first and secondfloors.
In total, the building is 7,200 m2, built on aplot of 5,247 m2.
