Let me perform you a brief introduction of our Company, Bodegalia de Vino stores and Global Humanitaria NGO and Fundación Isabel Gemio, included both in our common project.

We are launching to the Market, Bodegalia de Vino Franchises, and with it, the Solidarity Bottles Serie Natura, Chiquero, Arquis, among other productions of rosé, red and white wine, with Designation of Origin of the Tierra de León and individual bottles or other Designations of origin.

Rosas de Spania, Área Bórea and Blanco Luna, are of the variety Prieto Picudo, and the third, of the Verdejo variety. They are the official bottles of Global Humanitaria NGO. Arquis is a special selection wine, which has been created for the Fundación Isabel

Gemio. The bottles are designed by Mariscal for our winery and the Fundación Isabel Gemio, to be sold in Bodegalia de Vino.

Bodegas Reina Victoria & Villacezán, produce themselves in cooperation with Bodegalia de Vino stores, which sell to the final consumer, hotels, bars, restaurants… and so on, in the stores as franchises Bodegalia de Vino.

The sale of Serie Natura wines will help more than 3,500 children receive, al least, one daily meal during the school period between April and November in Peru.

The wines have high scores and awards in acknowledged and specialized guides. In 2008, Robert Parker awarded 89 points to the red Áurea Bórea (Villacezán twelve months).

The FUNDACION ISABEL GEMIO, for Muscular Dystrophy research and other Rare Diseases, has been created to promote and to finance lines of scientific, clinical and basic research, as well as, to create the exchange of information between experts and those affected and to promote the development of pharmacology of Rare Diseases.

In the last quarter of 2010 and early 2011, wineries Reina Victoria & Global Humanitaria, joined forces to seek the support of these projects through the sale of these wines throughout the Spanish geography.

For this, we need the support of larger distributions and a direct sales network to the general public. Although this is a way to offer business to the specialized chains in both, the sale and distribution, we must not forget that you will help more than 3,500 children get benefit from this chain, while your Company and/or brand take on added notoriety.

Wineries Reina Victoria and Global Humanitaria NGO launched Serie Natura in 2010. We carried out an event that was held on the occasion of the launching of the Solidarity Bottles Serie Natura: Rosas Spania, Blanco Luna and Áurea Bórea.

School canteens program, benefits more than 3,500 economically disadvantaged children in Peru. This joint collaboration, Wineries Reina Victoria and Global Humanitaria NGO consists of the launching to the Market of this Serie.

Profiles

The FUNDACION ISABEL GEMIO, for Muscular Dystrophy research and other Rare Diseases, has been created to promote and to finance lines of scientific, clinical and basic research, as well as to create the exchange of information between experts and those affected, and to promote the development of pharmacology of Rare Diseases.

Rare diseases, including genetic diseases are those with life-threatening or chronically debilitating or that have a low prevalence of frequency (less than 5 cases per 10,000 inhabitants), as defined by the European Union.

Under this denomination are included thousands of diseases that share a common problem:

They present many challenges in diagnosis and monitoring, they have an unknown origin in most cases, involve multiple social problems, there are few epidemiological data, they set out difficulties in the investigation due to the few cases, mostly lack of effective treatments.

More than five thousand diseases, with over three million people affected.

Neuromuscular Diseases are genetically determined diseases that cause progressive muscle weakness and high mortality for patients who suffer, frequently children. Neuromuscular diseases are a group of disorders of low prevalence, but as a whole, build the common group of rare diseases.

The FUNDACIÓN ISABEL GEMIO for Muscular Dystrophy research and other rare diseases, was created with the aim to contribute to accelerate the research on muscular dystrophies and other neuromuscular diseases, other rare diseases, in those biological, pathophysiological, genetic or therapeutic aspects that may affect in the development and application of curative treatments for the sick, and to encourage the exchange of information between experts and those affected and promote the development of pharmacology.

THE FUNDACIÓN ISABEL GEMIO´s mission is to support basic biomedical research, clinical and translational groups that are leaders in Muscular Dystrophy Research of our country. Besides, It also promote the creation of new groups and a forum for collaboration and dialogue between researchers and clinicians, who study and care of patients and families affected by these disorders, so they give in our country the formation of a network of excellence with critical mass necessary, to investigate and ultimately find a cure for patients with these neuromuscular diseases.

The FUNDACIÓN ISABEL GEMIO, allows researchers to work in a coordinated manner in order to share the standards of good medical practice, diagnostic and clinical care whereas improve the current treatment and primarily research into new therapies. The health care system that we enjoy in Spain and the currently legislation will, in turn, transfer effectively the research into clinical practice. It has a Scientific Advisory Committee, comprised of researchers who have been recognized by the Ministry of Health and Consumption as group leaders for excellence in neuromuscular diseases. This Committee will prioritize those areas that allow accelerating the progress of the development of treatments, for patients with Muscular Dystrophy and other neuromuscular diseases and their clinical application.

Wineries Reina Victoria & Villacezán

Wineries Reina Victoria produce wines in different regions of Spain, specifically the Tierra de León, La Rioja, Ribera Del Duero and Ribeiro. The goal is to advance a development plan for the consolidation of regional wines in the national and international Market.

Wineries Reina Victoria is producer and exporter. It is a business group consisting of wine Bodegalia de Vino distributions and Bodegalia TV, with the aim of advancing the best position of their products on the Market. The basis of all his creations and the reason to launch them is the help to the most disadvantaged, to long-term

unemployed or people at risk of social exclusion that make them the sense and the heart of this Company. This is why is already known as the “Solidarity winery”, as it is committed to solidarity actions very outstanding, including the Serie Natura of the Global Humanitaria NGO, or the recently signed contract between the wineries and the Fundación Isabel Gemio, to launch a new project as a whole with MARISCAL

designs.

Villacezán Cellars is a firm whose origins date back to the early XX Century and is located in the town of Gordoncillo. La Meadow of Villacezán has more than a thousand years of history, and the vineyards were exploited by the Gothic King Bermudo III. His current focus is centered on quality wine, with a renewal of facilities, providing them with all necessaries and essential technical mains.

One of the strong points of the winery is owned by 60 hectares of vineyard, located on the right bank of Cea, at an altitude of around 740m. The principal payment from which the wine selected is called Ofelia Vineyard, which has 38 hectares of tempranillo, prieto picudo, Mencía and Verdejo, mostly planted around 1980, on trellises formation except tempranillo.

Taste:

The wines are presented in glass bottles. The contrast of colors provides obvious joy, winking in their designs to our most children part that makes us to think over the education we have received in the schools. To mark the launch of Bodegalia de Vino stores, I show my interest in opening a franchised establishment to sell the product they produce.
