El sistema básico consiste en la fuente láser, con controles y enfriamiento tanto de la
fuente como del cabezal óptico, una fibra óptica para la entrega del láser y un
procesador. Requiere una fuente de alimentación trifásica. Los equipos están
diseñados para ser fiables, requieren un mínimo de mantenimiento. Basta con
enchufar, encender y ya está listo para ser utilizado.
En grandes proyectos, fábricas, a campo abierto, en el mar o en grandes lugares,
estos equipos están preparados para ofrecer una alta potencia y obtener el mayor
rendimiento con todos los beneficios que ofrece la limpieza láser.

Innovative Technology
High Power Lasers The higher power comes with some extra attributes around the laser, asking for more
innovative set-ups. This however, should not be the concern of the end -user. Therefore
P-Laser integrates the entire system in 1 mobile unit which includes:
Rugged industrial carriage (front picture)
Integrated source chiller
Integrated optics chiller
Laser source: 50.000hrs lifetime (minimal)
Reliable set-up PLC controlled

2D Manual Optic The Px-2D HP is the worlds first high power optic with 2 dimensional optics! This in-house development makes it possible to clean with specialized cleaning patterns, improving efficiency dramatically compared to the regular one-dimensional scanners. All this, without adding weight to the laser head, keeping it comfortable to operate the whole day trough!
Quick-change fiber Another first!
Although the 20m long laser fiber is perfectly covered to avoid damage caused by the environment or wear and tear, there is always a chance the fiber gets damaged by a very brutal action. In this worst case scenario this does not mean the laser is out of duty for a long time, with costly repairs etc. Not at all! With the interchangeable fiber-coupling, every P-Laser service agent can replace the fiber in just a couple of minutes! Saving lots of time for the customers production.
Gentle to the substrate The high power lasers very rough to the contaminants, but extremely soft for the substrate! The flat-head shaped pulse is able to remove 100% of the contaminants without penetrating the metal surface. This makes it easy to control the laser manually without risking damage.
Large focal depth The focal depth of laser cleaning equipment is typically 3.5mm, thus making it quite difficult to keep the laser in it’s optimal focal point.
The Px-2D HP enlarges this depth by 10 times! Having a margin of 35mm makes is more comfortable manipulating the scanner over large surfaces.

Algunos posibles usos Eliminar óxido, pintura, grasas, aceites, decapar, etc. Puede trabajar sobre
materiales metálicos, como por ejemplo aluminio, cobre o bronce, así como no
metálicos como piedra, concreto y madera.
La limpieza láser puede ser utilizada perfectamente en las industrias naval,
aeroespacial, farmacéutica, panificadora, alimenticia, electrónica, automotriz, de
conservación y restauración de monumentos, y muchos otros campos.

La fibra óptica de 10, 17 o 50 m
está perfectamente recubierta para
evitar daños causados por el
entorno o el desgaste, pero aun así
puede ocurrir que se dañe debido
a una acción muy violenta.
En ese caso, lo esperable sería que el láser quedara mucho tiempo fuera de servicio,
con altos costos de reparación, etc. ¡De ninguna manera! Gracias al acoplamiento de
fibra intercambiable, cualquier agente de servicio al cliente de P-Laser podrá
reemplazar la fibra óptica en un par de minutos y, así, ahorrar al cliente muchísimo
tiempo de producción.

Óptica manual 2D
La PX-2D HP es la primera pistola óptica de gran
potencia del mundo con ópticas bidimensionales.
Esta innovación propia de P-Laser permite limpiar
con patrones de limpieza especializados, que
mejoran la eficacia exponencialmente en
comparación con los típicos escáners
unidimensionales. Además, sin agregar peso al

Amable con el sustrato
Los lásers de gran potencia son muy severos con

con el sustrato. El pulso de forma plana quita el
