MASCHINENBESCHREIBUNGDie Generatoren derSerie AR2 sind ein-phasing ohne Bürsten,Sie haben eine sehr hoheFunktionszuverläs-sigkeit, Zudem brauchensie nicht gewartet zuwerden, da sie keineKollektoren oder Rei-b u n g s k o n t a k t eaufweisen. Die Gene-ratoren AR2 sind in Ube-reinstimmung mit denBestimmungen 98/37sowie mit 73/23 und89/336 und deren ent-sprechenden Änderun-gen, en und den NormenEN 60034-1, CEI 2-3,IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000, N.F. 51.111.Die Deckel sind auseinem sehr wider-standsfähigen Alumi-niumdruckguß ange-fertigt, die Welle ausC45-Stahl mit aufge-zogenem Lüftterrad. DieSchutzklasse ist IP21(auf Anfrage kann aucheine hohere Schutz-klasse realisiert werden).Die Isolierung entsprichtder Klasse H, und dieWicklungen sind mitEpoxidharz imprägniert.Die Serrienproduktionentspricht der Bestim-mung VDE 0875, Grad“N” und den wesentlichenSicherheitsanforde-rungender europäischenRichtilinie hinsichtlichelektromagnetischerKompatibilität; die Übe-reinstimmung mit dieserRichtlinie wird durch dieAnwerdung der euro-päischen Normen EN50081-1 und EN 50082-1gewährleistet. Bei ein-s c h r ä n k e n d e r e nVorschriften wie VDE0875 Grad “K”, MIL 461-462 D usw. liefern wir aufAnfrage Filter.VORWORTDie Generatoren ent-sprechen den EG-Bestimmugen 98/37,73/23, 89/336 und derenentsprechenden Ände-rungen; aus diesemGrunde stellen sie kei-nerlei Gefahr für denBediener dar, sofern siein Übereinstimmung mitden von Mecc Alte vor-geschriebenen Anwei-sungen, installiert, ver-wendet und gewartetwerden und unter derBedingung, daß dieSchutzvorrichtungenstets in einem vollfunkt ionstücht igenZustand gehalten wer-den.Aus den oben gennantenGrunden ist es erfor-derlich, sich streng an diein diesem Handbuchangegebenen Answ-eisungen zu halten.Bei Lieferung desGenerators ist anhanddes Lieferscheins dieserauf Schäden, bzw. auffehlende Teile hin zuüber-prüfen; in diesemFalle sind der Spediteur,die Versicherung, derFachhändler oder MeccAlte umgehend darüberzu informieren.

Alla consegna delgeneratore controllare conla bolla di accompagna-mento che non ci sianodanni o parti mancanti; nelcaso, informare immedia-tamente lo spedizioniere,l’assicurazione, il riven-ditore o la Mecc Alte.

Por esta razòn esnecesario adecuarse a laperfecciòn a las instruc-ciònes indicadas en estemanual.
A la entraga del generador,controlar junto con lafactura que no exisistandefectos o piezas faltan-tes; en caso contrarioinformar immediatamentela empresa de transportes,la compañia de seguros, elrevendedor o la Mecc Alte.

Pour cette raison, il faut seconformer scrupuleuse-ment aux instructionsindiquées dans ce ma-nuel.
A la livraison de l’alter-nateur, contrôler avec lebon de livraison qu’il n’y aaucun dommage ou depiéces manquantes; sic’est le cas, informerimmédiatement l’expédi-teur, l’assureur, le reven-deur ou Mecc Alte.
MACHINEDESCRIPTIONAR2 Series alternators aresingle-phase brushlessunits. Their operating ishighly reliable. These unitsdo not require mainte-nance since they do nothave slip rings nor slippingcontacts.AR2 alternators are madein compliance with the98/37, 73/23, 89/336directives and theiramendments, and the EN60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F. 51.111 regu-lations.The end brackets arediecast in high resistancealluminum alloy, the shaftis in C45 steel and is fittedwith a keyed fan.The mechanical protectionlevel meets standard IP21(upon request higherlevels of protection can besupplied).The insulation is class Hand the windings areimpregnated with epoxyresins.The standard generatorscomply with the speci-fication VDE 0875 degree“N” and with the basicsafety requirements of theEuropean regulation onelectromagnetic compa-tibility; by applying theEuropean standards EN50081-1 and EN 50082-1the above mentioned re-gulation is complied with.On request we can supplyfilters for more restrictivespecifications such asVDE 0875 degree “K”, MIL461-462 D, etc..

ACOPLAMIENTOMECANICO
Montar la brida sobre el motorsujetàndola con sus tornillos M8 yaplicando un par de torque de21±7% Nm (fig.1).
Fijar el cuerpo de la màquina a labrida con los tornillos M8 yaplicando un par de torque de21±7% Nm (fig. 2).
Ajustar la tuerca M8 sobre el bulón(fig. 3).
Insertar el bulón y atornillar elmismo hasta blocarlo aplicando unpar de torque de 21±7% Nm, cerrarel orificio de la tapa con el tapónrespectivo (fig. 4).

ACCOUPLEMENTMECANIQUE
Monter le flasque sur le moteur enle fixant avec les vis prévus M8 enappliquant un couple de serrage de21±7% Nm (fig. 1 ).
Fixer le corps de la machine auflasque avec les vis M8 enappliquant un couple de serrage de21±7% Nm (fig. 2).
Visser l’écrou M8 sur la tige centrale(fig. 3).
Inverser la tige centrale et visserjusqu’au blocage du boulon enappliquant un couple de serrage de21±7% Nm et fermer le trou ducouvercle avec le bouchonapproprié (fig. 4).

ACCOPPIAMENTOMECCANICO
Montare la flangia sul motorefissandola con le apposite viti M8applicando una coppia di ser-raggio di 21±7% Nm (fig.1).

Avvitare il dado M8 sul tirantecentrale (fig. 3).
Inserire il tirante centrale edavvitare fino al bloccaggio delbullone con una coppia diserraggio pari a 21±7% Nm;chiudere il foro sulla cuffia conl’apposito tappo (fig. 4).
MESSA IN SERVIZIONella messa in servizio,aver cura che le aperturedi aspirazione e scaricodell’aria di raffreddamentosiano sempre libere.
Per il collegamento elet-trico alle prese oall’eventuale quadretto delgeneratore, utilizzare spi-ne e cavi adeguati.
Per il collegamento a terraè prevista anche lapossibilità di utilizzare unforo presente sul coper-chio posteriore, che èaccessibile senza doversmontare la cuffia.
IMPORTANZA DELLAVELOCITA’La frequenza e la tensionedipendono direttamentedalla velocità di rotazione;è perciò necessario chesia mantenuta il piùpossibile costante al suovalore nominale con qual-siasi carico. Il sistema diregolazione della velocitàdei motori di trascina-mento presenta in gene-rale una leggera caduta divelocità tra vuoto e carico;è perciò raccomandabileregolare la velocità a vuotodi un 3÷4% superiore allavelocità nominale, peravere a pieno carico ilvalore nominale.
