CRISTO VIVE! Cristo ha resucitado, fue el primer grito de fe, de vida nueva y victoria definitiva. La Resurrección de Jesús es victoria que nos comparte a todos nosotros. Estamos llamados a compartir y experimentar la Resurrección de Cristo. Los cristianos somos convocados a compartir el ministerio de la esperanza y de la fe de la Pascua.

Hoy día de Pascua, sabemos que Cristo ha resucitado, que Cristo vive y que todo y todos tendremos un "final feliz". Esta es la gran noticia!!! No estará en las primeras páginas de los periódicos y de los noticieros de las ciudades donde vivimos, pero este grito de alegría resonara en todas las Iglesias del mundo. PASCUA ES EL TRIUNFO DEL AMOR. Pascua proclama que Dios que Dios existe y esta del lado de la VIDA de la JUSTICIA y de la PAZ.

La Resurrección demuestra que Dios puede y quiere vencer el dolor del mundo. Al resucitar a Jesús, Dios revela su activa preocupación por nosotros y su compromiso con nuestra historia. En la Resurrección de Cristo la victoria es sobre el verdadero mal, sobre el verdadero enemigo, el enemigo universal de todos: el demonio, el pecado y la muerte. La secuencia de la Misa de Pascua canta: "Lucharon vida y muerte en singular batalla, y muerto el que es vida, triunfante se levanta"! La Resurrección de Cristo contiene la respuesta a la más universal de las aspiraciones humanas: la que el mal y la injusticia no sean para siempre lo mejor. El saludo de Jesús resucitado es: LA PAZ ESTE CON USTEDES! La paz es lo que El, ha conquistado en la Cruz, destruyendo en si mismo la hostilidad. La Paz de los hombres con Dios y de los hombres entre si, Vivir la Pascua es hacer la Paz, es reconciliarse con Dios y entre nosotros. La Pascua encuentra su verdadero sentido cuando una persona convencida de su fe, proclama que Jesús es su SENOR y SALVADOR, (Rom, 10,9) Felices Pascuas! Rev. Wilson Cuevas, Pastor

CHRIST LIVES! Christ has risen, was the first cry of faith, of the new life and ultimate victory. The Resur-rection of Jesus is a victory that we all share. We are called to share and experience the Res-urrection of Christ. Christians are called to share in the ministry of hope and faith in the Passover.

Today, on the day of Easter, we know that Christ has risen, that Christ lives and that everything and every-one will have a "happy ending". This is great news !!! It will not be on the front cover of the news-papers and on the newscasts of the city where we live, but this cry of joy will be heard in all the Churches of the world. EASTER IS THE TRIUMPH OF LOVE. Easter proclaims that God exists and God is on the side of LIFE, JUSTICE and PEACE.

The Resurrection shows that God can and wants to overcome the pain of the world. By resur rect-ing Jesus, God reveals His active concern for us and His commitment to our history. The Resurrection of Christ is the victory over evil, over the true enemy, the universal enemy of all: the devil, sin and death. The sequence of the Easter Mass sings: "They fought life and death In singular battle, And death is life, triumphant rises "! The Resurrection of Christ contains the answer to the most universal of human aspirations: that evil and injustice are not always the best. The greeting of the risen Jesus is: PEACE BE WITH YOU! Peace is what He has conquered on the Cross, destroying in itself hostility. The peace of men with God and of men among them, To live the Passover is to make Peace, to reconcile with God and among our -selves. The Passover finds its true meaning when a person convinced of his faith proclaims that Jesus is his Lord and Savior (Rom 10,9) Happy Easter! Rev. Wilson Cuevas, Pastor

EASTER TIME

Easter time is the most solemn of all the liturgical year. In it we celebrate and meditate for fifty days the center of our faith: The Resurrected Christ. He overcame evil, sin and death. We need to be united to the Risen One to over-come the forces of evil, strengthen the faith and bear fruit of Christian life.

TIEMPO DE PASCUA

El tiempo de Pascua es el mas solemne de todo el año Litúrgico. En el celebramos y meditamos durante cincuenta días lo central de nuestra fe: Cristo Resucito. Venció el mal, al pecado y a la muerte. Necesitamos estar unidos al Resucitado para vencer las fuerzas del mal, robustecer la fe y dar frutos de vida cristiana.!!!
