Interview studentsI interview two girls of a student group, one is Renata de Nora and she told me about how they organize events and how they get money as they organized the valentine’s day the first thing they do was to buy things every day after about two students were put outside the offices with papers with dedications to sell then all together when we had the cards to organize from the day to delivered to the people.

The second person I interview is Mariana Bonilla.

How do you organize the prom for this generation?

Well, first we make a team one team is the representatives of the generation made a sheet with ideas to go after discarding what was no better after we asked the director if he gave the permission, then we see the place and we decide that it will be on the Poliforum becomes is a big and a good place for this types of events.

American Football

The football team has a really fantastic game this Friday although the team lost we can see a lot of good things that the team shows like the brotherhood they had and even the score was adverse the team was much united than ever.

The team have a hard game this weekend vs UACH that are undefeated at this moment in the season but maybe the team would make a good performance.

Interviewing the team captain Andres Salinas, he said that playing with this type of teams make the team better and he promise that they aren’t an easy rival and if one team want to win when they played with Leon they will need to be a really good team without mistakes.

What is a Borrego?

In the campus of Tec León the food borregos is not a actual “borrego” is a food that has been a tradition in the campus. Now at days the borrego has many ways to be prepared, but the traditional way is prepared with the half of a bread and in the top you put fried beans and then you with cut the tortillas in little pieces and then you put them in a hot oil pan and then when the tortillas turn into a golden color, take them out of the pan. Now you have fried tortillas! With the fried tortillas, you spread a bunch of sauce it can be red sauce or green sauce, this dish is called “chilaquiles”. You should put the chilaquiles on the top of the bread with the fried beans. For the final touch you can also put cheese on the top of the “chilaquiles”. You have an absolutely delicious recipe! you can share it with your friends and family.

International Programs

Do you dream to study in another country? The Tec’s students can meet their goals to study in other countries like Canada, USA, Germany, France, Japan, China, etc. The Tecnológico de Monterrey has more than 500 agreements in the system-level with the most prestigious universities around the world, so this experience will be unforgettable, at the same time that you study you meet a new culture, because each country has different traditions and lifestyles, you will also learn a new language, you can make friends from all over the world. This can be a great experience because you have big challenges, one of which is to be independent in a new country and with new people. You can study abroad semesters, summers and winters that you want, so then what do you expect to live this great experience? You can go to international programs office and ask from the programs don´t wait more time go you have a good experience if you go to another country it’s fantastic.

Clip are back

This week in Tec are something back form the past the student group with the name “Clip” this group it was closed 1 year ago but this year come back and you can see that it’s come back with a lot of new and good ideas but we need to see if they do it and they fulfil their new proposals. The students group are a good way to make your high school better but we see this as the new beginning o f a group that never had to be closed because it was a good group and maybe with this new opportunity that gives all campus could make this decision to make history as the best group on Tec but they need a lot of things to do and they need to start to work really harden and and they need to make to forgot the past.

New York Trip

The most wonderful experience in the city that never sleeps. 110 students and 8 teachers, sound crazy but it's real. More than 6 months waiting for that date, September 27th 2015. The most exhausting week in the year, all the day walking in the most famous avenues and streets in the world. Visiting the most amazing places, learning step by step. The first day we went to Columbia University, it's a really good school, and a goal for every of us. Everyday our "parents"(teachers) gave us a paper with some activities to do, visit the Empire State Building, the Stature of Liberty, The Grand Central, Times Square, the 5th Avenue, Broadway, and the beautiful heart of New York "Central Park" New York is always a good idea, and is more perfect if you go with your friends.

Soccer players in Tec

Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Leon is a school that have very good infracstucture and an advanced level of education, it helps a lot their students to practice a sport and to have a good level in their classes. In my personal opinion i played 2 years in the soccer team and i dont like it, i think that the leon team have a big problem with his coach but they have a lot of support of the institution. I think our director Isaac Lucatero have to handle with this because we have a lot of material ( Soccer field, balls, materials, etc.) and we have to take advantage of the opportunities that we have on this institution.

Fun facts#FunfactTec 1. The "Cubo was built on September 15th,2010 celebrating the anniversary of Tec de Monterrey campus Leon. This place is very interesting for students because they can go to sleep, study, work and its very comfortable for you and your friends! Counts with comfortable couches, big chairs and tables to work with its a big space that have "Futbolito" and ping pong were you can enjoy your free time

#FunfactTec 2. Do you know how much years have Mr. Remigio giving class here in Tec Leon? When he was 28 years he finished his studies at Tec Leon, he graduates as an engineer and he study 2 specialties at teacher and math. Now he has 31 years giving math and physic class at tec. He is a big teacher here and now it’s a pleasure has class with him.
