Noruega es uno de los mayores consumidores y productores a nivel
mundial detecnologa de la informacin y de las comunicaciones. En
Trondheim tambin conocidacomo capital tecnolgica, por albergar la
sede de la Universidad Noruega de Ciencia yTecnologa siendo la
segunda mayor de las siete Universidades de Noruegarepresentando la
