QUALITY OF SUPPLY PROJECT AT IBERDROLA

• Connectivity: To establish connectivity between each LV customer and distribution transformer for 9.2 million customer

• System: To calculate new indices and individual quality for each LV customer (paper 3.35)

• Procedures: To keep support documentation about– Customer calls– Automatic operations–Manual events– Notification of planned interruptions– Interruptions caused by third parties

• A vey important effort: 4 years, 300 people involved and more than 1000 affected.
