Descripcin del vehculoEl Atlas Copco Wagner ST710 est equipado con un

bastidor motor y un bastidor de carga conectados poruna junta articulada con una capacidad de rotacin de

42.5 grados, lo cual permite giros muy amplios.Lasdos secciones permanecen niveladas entre s.El ejetrasero oscila de forma que los 4 neumticos siempre

pueden mantenerse en contacto con el suelo, inclusoen terrenos accidentados.

El bastidor motor contiene el motor y el transverterque accionan los sistemas hidrulicos de direccin,frenos, basculacin y transmisin a las 4 ruedas.El

bastidor de carga contiene el eje de accionamientodelantero y sustenta el cucharn.

Transporte del vehculoPELIGRO El vehculo se puede deslizar y

causar daos o la muerte al cargarlo a un

remolque.Primero hay que sacar todo el

aceite, hielo, nieve, agua o residuos de la

rampa y el remolque.

N o t a Se debe empezar el acceso con espaciosuficiente para enderezar el vehculo antes

de entrar en la rampa.Manejar el vehculo

lentamente al remolque, centrndolo a

medida que vaya avanzando.

Debe conocer las leyes y regulaciones para cada reapor la que transportar el vehculo.Tambin debe

conocer todo el equipo de seguridad que se requiere en

cada rea.

PASO1 Bloquear cada rueda del remolque.

PASO2 Manejar el vehculo al remolque con

cuidado y lentamente.

PASO3 Posicionar el vehculo en la localizacin

deseada.

PASO4 Cuando se ha parado el vehculo, instalar el

cierre de articulacin.

PASO5 Apretar el freno de estacionamiento y

parar el motor.

PASO6 Gire el conmutador de activacin a laposicin Off y cierre la cabina.

PASO7 Poner tacos de madera delante y detrs de

cada rueda.

PASO8 Hacer un anclaje transversal de la parte

delantera y trasera con sujeciones

adecuadas.

PASO9 Medir la mquina y el

remolque.Asegurarse que sabe la

anchura y la altura de espacio libre de su

carga.

PASO10 Despus de haber manejado la carga

unos kilmetros debe parar y controlar su

carga.Asegurarse que la carga no se ha

cambiado de sitio.

PASO11 Hay que tener mucho cuidado al sacar el

vehculo del remolque.Asegrese de

desmontar el pasador de bloqueo de la

articulacin.

PASO12 Manejar la mquina lentamente y con

cuidado para sacarla del remolque.

este vehculo queda fuera de servicio se

debe bloquear la parte delantera y trasera de

recomendado en este manual.

Las instrucciones siguientes son para mover el

vehculo que ha quedado fuera de servicio una

distancia corta a un sitio de reparacin seguro.Si la

cargadora debe moverse una distancia larga debe

transportarse en un remolque apropiado.

PELIGRO No se debe remolcar el vehculo ms de

un kilmetro.No se deben sobrepasar los 3,3

km/h (2 mph)

PASO1 Bloquee todas las ruedas del vehculo

para evitar su movimiento.

PASO2 Se recomienda que el vehculo que

remolca sea por lo menos igual de grande

que su cargadora.El vehculo que

remolca debe tener suficiente capacidad

de freno, peso y potencia para hacer

funcionar ambos vehculos teniendo en

cuenta el terreno y la distancia implicada.

PASO3 Revisar la barra de remolque o el cable

de remolque para asegurarse que no hay

daos y que la barra o el cable se

encuentra en buenas condiciones.Hay

que asegurarse que la barra o el cable

sea lo suficientemente fuerte para las

condiciones de remolque tomando en

consideracin si el vehculo remolcado

est cargado, descargado, en una

pendiente o inmovilizado en el lodo.

PASO4 Conectar una barra de remolque o uncable de remolque de tamao

suficiente.En caso de utilizar un cable de

remolque, coloque un escudo en ambos

vehculos si hay presente un operario.El

protector debe ser lo suficientemente

fuerte como para proteger a los dos

operadores si se llegara a romper el

cable.

PASO5 Para dar control y freno al bajar el

vehculo fuera de servicio por una

pendiente, se recomienda un vehculo de

remolque ms grande y una barra deremolque slida.El cierre de

articulacin debe estar instalado en la

posicin LOCKED .Se pueden necesitar

vehculos adicionales en la parte trasera

del vehculo que est fuera de servicio.

PASO6 Si el vehculo que est fuera de servicio

ha de ser remolcado cuesta abajo y debe

ser conducido, es necesario tener un

vehculo tractor en la parte delantera y

otro en la parte trasera para controlar el

vehculo que est fuera de servicio.El

cierre de articulacindebe estar en laposicin STORED si se sigue este

procedimiento.

PASO7 Desconecte el tren intermedio y las lneas

de propulsin traseras del transverter.

Importante El transverter quedar daado si no

se desconectan las lneas de propulsin.

PASO8 Soltar el freno de estacionamiento.

N o t a Se debe haber soltado el freno deestacionamiento antes de mover el vehculo,

si no pueden ocurrir daos en los neumticos

o el vehculo.

PASO9 Sacar con cuidado los calzos para

ruedas.PASO10 Empezar a mover el vehculo poco a poco

y suavemente para evitar la sobrecarga

de la barra o el cable de remolque.

PASO11 Volver a apretar el freno de

estacionamiento e inmovilizar todas las

ruedas cuando el vehculo est

estacionado.

Captulo 2: Mentalizacin en torno a la seguridad

Protjase usted y proteja suscompaerosAntes de realizar cualquier mantenimiento en la

cargadora se deben repasar las siguientes precauciones

de seguridad.Estn incluidas para su proteccin.

Siempre hay que observar las siguientes reglasgenerales de seguridad durante el funcionamiento del

vehculo.Tambin hay que observar las reglas de

seguridad que se exponen en el lugar de trabajo y

desarrollar reglas adicionales segn puedan requerir

aplicaciones concretas de minera para un

funcionamiento seguro.

Hay que leer y seguir con cuidado todas las

instrucciones que se resumen en los

Manuales del Operador y de Servicio.

Hay que asegurarse que todos los mandos e

indicadores de funcionamiento estn

actuando de forma correcta.

Nunca se deben usar los mandos con apoyos

de montaje.

Nunca debe permitir acompaantes.

Bloquear las ruedas al estacionar.

Nunca se debe fumar cerca de combustible.

Siempre se debe conocer la localizacin del

extintor de incendios ms cercano.

Controlar la parada de seguridad del sistema

antes de cada turno.

Cuidado con otras personas, puede ser que

ellos no lo estn mirando.
