    India has a rich tradition of incense making that goes back

    millennia. Many Indian incenses have a unique scent that is

    not found in any other part of the globe. Incense sticks formed

    around bamboo are known as agarbati or agarbathi, while

    other main forms of incense are cones and logs or dhoops,

    which are incense paste formed into pyramid shapes or log

    shapes, and then dried.

    HISTORY

    Any of the company history is always in small size to expand

    in large size it means a gradually development. Here Shashi

    industry are growing and progressive organization. Aspiring to

    spread the love and harmony, Shashi industry, came into the

    being in the year 1966 with superlative range of incense sticks

    and other products.

    The products of this company have strong image in the mind

    of customer. The product are their brand name like Camay,

    Maza, Swedes, Denim, pavitra chandan, rose, royal, mogra,

    kevda, etc.

    The firm was sole proprietorship till 1994.than after it hasbeen in 1994-95 it converted into partnership firm. The

    partners are Shashibhai vadher and his son tusharbhai vadher.

    Mr. Tusharbhai is the managing director at Bhavnagar. Mr.

    Nileshbhai & Mr. Hiteshbhai is managing director inBangalore base units of Shashi industry group.

    The function of the production department is to produce our

    products on time, to the required quality levels, at the defined

    product cost. Note that Production can only meet its targets if

    The Finance and Accounts Department of Shashi industryplant is located in the Administration Building, which is

    situated outside the Plant factory gate. The Finance &

    Accounts (F & A) Department is a service department and its

    name function is to co-ordinate the financial activities at PlantSite. The F & A department maintain the records as required

    under various statute and get the same audited by Statutory

    Auditors under the functional supervision and guidance of

    shashi industry at Bhavnagar.
