Por medio de las presentes memorias de clculo, se presenta una estructura para almacenamiento de agua potable que resiste todas las cargas verticales y horizontales impuestas al modelo matemtico.

La norma que gobierna el diseo es la NORMA COLOMBIANA DE DISEO Y CONSTRUCCION SISMORESISTENTE NSR-10, cualquier cambio en las condiciones de la obra debe ser autorizada por escrito por el ingeniero calculista y ser responsabilidad del constructor hacer una supervisin tcnica calificada en la obra; adems el diseo estructural esta realizado para la geometra indicada no podr ser utilizado de forma repetitiva total ni parcial,

Cumplindose todas y cada una de las condiciones anteriormente enunciadas me hago responsable del presente diseo estructural para el proyecto del diseo estructural del tanque elevado H= 18m y capacidad de almacenamiento neto de 80 m3 para el proyecto TANQUE DE TRATAMINETO DE AGUAS RESIDUALES EN EL MUNICIPIO DE PUERTO GAITAN META.

1.0 INTRODUCCION.

Las presentes memorias de clculo muestran el diseo estructural de una estructura de vigas y columnas para dar soporte a un recipiente de almacenamiento de agua potable con una capacidad de 80 m3 netos.

Se realiz un anlisis ssmico espectral y adicional un anlisis de la respuesta inercial del lquido ante una solicitacin tipo sismo, lo anterior se fundament en lo indicado en la norma internacional del ACI 350 que no es legalmente vigente en Colombia, para estancos con desplazamiento en la base o apoyado sobre pedestales. La valoracin ssmica se hizo para los ejes principales de la estructura.

Una de las estructuras ms inestables al vuelco son las llamadas pndulo invertido y en este caso se trat de mantener una distribucin casi uniforme de la carga muerta adicionando unas losas intermedias que a su vez sirven de arriostres laterales de las intersecciones de las vigas y columnas formando un anillo de rigidez rasnacional y ayudando al momento vertical de vuelco para cumplir con el requisito de estabilidad externa al vuelco.

Desde el punto de vista netamente de construccin las losas intermedias sirven de plataforma de trabajo y apoyo para de esta manera disminuir los costos de encofrado, aumentando los rendimientos de ejecucin de los diferentes trabajos.

Las metodologas de diseo para la obtencin de los valores o accin ssmica del lquido contenido en el recipiente estanco estn dadas y aprobadas UNICAMENTE para recipientes de forma rectangular o circular de ah que para la estructura de soporte se opte por una forma hexagonal y el recipiente como tal sea de forma circular.

TEORIA DEL CALCULO ESTRUCTURAL

La teora clsica de las placas isotrpicas est basada en ciertas hiptesis significativas y algunas limitaciones; estas se refieren tanto a la placa considerada y al material de que est compuesta como a su comportamiento bajo la accin de cargas.

HIPOTESIS RELATIVAS AL MATERIAL Y FORMA DE LA PLACA1. El material de la placa es perfectamente elstico2. El material de la placa sigue la Ley de Hooke y tiene las mismas constantes elsticas para cualquier estado de carga.3. El material es homogneo e isotrpico.4. El espesor de la placa es constante.5. El espesor de la placa es pequeo comparado con las restantes dimensiones de la placa.

HIPOTESIS QUE SE REFIEREN AL COMPORTAMIENTO DE LA PLACA BAJO CARGA1. Las fibras perpendiculares al plano medio de la placa antes de la deformacin permanecen perpendiculares a la superficie media de la placa deformada.2. La tensin normal perpendicular al plano medio de la placa es despreciable.3. Los desplazamientos verticales (flechas) son tan pequeos que la curvatura en una direccin cualquiera viene dada por la derivada segunda del desplazamiento vertical en la direccin considerada.4. En el plano medio de la placa no actan tensiones normales, es decir, que este plano no sufre deformacin alguna. 5. El peso propio est includo en la carga exterior.6. Los ngulos de las placas estn asegurados contra el levantamiento , y en las placas de hormign armado se sita una armadura en los esquemas para absorber los momentos de torsin.

INFLUENCIA DEL MODULO DE POISSON

El mdulo de Poisson tiene una influencia en la distribucin de tensiones en el sistema hiperesttico; al aumentar la placa se vuelve ms rgida, disminuyendo las deformaciones y aumentado los momentos.

DISEO DE LAS PAREDES

Se consideran las placas empotradas en tres lados y el borde superior se considerar como apoyo articulado, la posicin ms desfavorable es cuando el tanque est lleno.

DISEO DE LA LOSA DE CUBIERTA

Una vez determinado el espesor de la losa de cubierta segn tabla C.93 de la NSR-98, se determina las deflexiones mximas permisibles especificadas en la tabla C.92, el refuerzo se calcular para ambas direcciones asumiendo que en cada direccin se tomar la mitad de la carga total.

Longitud = 9.60 mAncho = 9.60 mProfundidad = 3.20 m

Se desarrolla un empuje activo de tierras por deflexin cuando el tanque est vaco, se tendr la siguiente distribucin de presiones activas.

= 1000 kg/m3 h = 3.20 m h = Angulo de friccin interna del Phsuelo detrs del muro, si lo hacemos = 0 nos da la situacin ms desfavorable.
