    The Battlefield will be enhanced by removing a majortraffic bottleneck at the intersection of Routes 29 and234 at the Stone House

    The National Park Service supports the Bi-CountyParkway at the proposed location because traffic willbe relocated from the core of the Battlefield to theParks periphery

    The key to minimizing and mitigating potentialadverse effects of the Bi-County Parkway on historicresources is laid out in the ProgrammaticAgreement, which implements regulations andmeasures agreed upon by the signatory parties
