  • 1.- ANTECEDENTES: se requiere la revisin estructural de los marcos ortogonales portantes de un riel para mantenimiento de 10,000kg de capacidad para un filtro de polmero, conformados con perfiles y placas lisas metlicos en acero al carbn,dichos marcos se encuentran fijados sobre una subestructura de cimentacin de concreto reforzado situada al exterior del edificio. 2.- REGLAMENTOS DE DISEO UTILIZADOS: Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA) Spec. No.74 Reglamento del AISC-89 ASD. 3.- BIBLIOGRAFIA UTILIZADA: Design of welded structures, O.W. Blodgett, J.F.L.A.W.F. Structural steel design, J.E. Bowles, M.G.H. Ed. 4.- ANALISIS DE CARGAS: 4.a.- Antecedentes: dada la estructura en cuestin, su tipo, geometra, y al encontrase ubicada al exterior de la planta, en base a la especificacin se har una revisin para cargas gravitacionales y de impacto. 4.b.- Materiales para anlisis: para la elaboracin del modelo estructural se han considerado bsicamente los siguientes materiales: acero. Los valores de las propiedades mecnicas para este material se muestran a continuacin: Acero Mdulo de Elasticidad: 2089,704 kg/cm Cociente de Poisson: 0.3 Densidad: 7,833 kg/m Amortiguamiento Crtico: 0.03 Coeficiente Trmico (): 6.6 x 10-6

  • 4.c.- Cargas de Anlisis: las cargas gravitacionales y de impacto a considerar son las siguientes: Carga Muerta CM, constituda por: Peso propio de los marcos ortogonales que se toma en cuenta con el comando selfweight de la plataforma de anlisis. Cargas de Operacin CO1, CO2, constituidas por: Carga de Izaje, (LL): 10,000 kg Carga de Diferencial, (TL): 150 kg Por tratarse de un diferencial manual fijo se tiene: Factor de Carga de Izaje, (HLF): 1.10 Factor de Carga Muerta, (DLF): 1.10 A partir de lo anterior se obtiene: Carga Puntual, (P)= (LLxHLF)+(TLxDLF)= 11,165 kg Carga Axial, (Pax)= 0.10xP = 1,116.5 kg Carga Lateral, (Plat)= 0.20xP = 2,233.0 kg 4d.- Combinaciones de Cargas: dado que las fuerzas de inercia, colisin y desbalanceo, adems de las cargas de viento se consideran nulas por tratarse de un diferencial manual fijo, de las tres combinaciones de carga requeridas por la especificacin se formulan los casos de carga bsicos para uso regular bajo carga principal (Nivel de esfuerzo 1) que son como sigue: 4d.1.- Carga Muerta - CM 4d.2.- Carga de Operacin sobre la oreja de izaje #1 CO1 4d.3.- Carga de Operacin sobre la oreja de izaje #2 CO2 A partir de tales casos de carga bsicos se generan las siguientes combinaciones de carga: 4d.4.- 1.0 CM + 1.0 CO1 4d.5.- 1.4 CM + 1.0 CO2

  • 4e.- Formulacin del modelo estructural: los elementos de los marcos ortogonales se han modelado mediante elementos lineales existentes en la librera de la plataforma de anlisis, las conexiones entre ellos se han supuesto como nudos rgidos o articulados,mediante la plataforma de anlisis se lleva a cabo un anlisis de tipo esttico lineal, obtenindose as los valores de las reacciones de apoyo, solicitaciones en los elementos, desplazamientos y rotaciones para los distintos casos y combinaciones de carga 5.- DISEO ESTRUCTURAL: 5a.- Diseo de la estructura: al emplearse la plataforma de diseo para los elementos de acero se encontraron sus deflexiones y ratios de resistencia debidos a los esfuerzos flexionantes y cortantes que actan sobre las elementos portantes. Se tom en cuenta el siguiente valor del esfuerzo de cedencia para todos los elementos: acero ASTM A36 con un fy = 2533 kg/cm2. 6.- CONCLUSIONES:a partir de los resultados de diseo para miembros de acero se encuentra lo siguiente: La estructura presenta una demanda de resistencia mxima ratio de 0.922,una deflexin vertical mxima de 4.9 mm (1/647) y una deflexin lateral mxima de 12.7 mm (0.003),las cuales se encuentran aceptablemente dentro de los lmites permisibles.La oreja de izaje presenta una demanda de resistencia mximas ratio de 0.660, por lo cual se concluye que la estructura es segura. Los resultados anteriores se muestran en el Anexo #1 (imgenes del modelo), Anexo #2 (diseo en concreto).
