El Panel Frigorífico deArcelor es una solución aislante quese utiliza como cerramiento de cáma-ras frigoríficas, naves frigoríficas ycompartimentación de locales queprecisen mantener un determinadorégimen de temperatura de trabajo.
Para el desarrollo de estenuevo producto, Arcelor Construc-ción ha tenido en cuenta dos premi-sas fundamentales: conseguir que elaislamiento sea continuo en toda lacámara, así como facilitar las opera-ciones de montaje.
De esta manera el nuevoPanel Frigorífico, reúne una serie decaracterísticas y cualidades que lositúan a la vanguardia de este sectorde cerramientos:
-La solución de junta machihembradaposibilita sencillez y rapidez de mon-taje consiguiendo además una exce-lente solidez de la unión y perfectaestanqueidad de la misma, permitien-do además su instalación en verticalu horizontal. -Gran capacidad autoportante, queposibilita prescindir de una estructuraauxiliar en la mayoría de los casos.
Insulating Panel forRefrigeration facilities, presented inthis catalogue, is used for the walls ofcold chambers and for partitions ofpremises that require a given workingtemperature to be maintained.
In the development of thisnew product, Arcelor Construcciónhas been guided by two main aims: toensure the continuity of the insulationthroughout the chamber and to facili-tate erection work.
The new Refrigeration Panelhas a series of properties and quali-ties that give it a leading position inthis cladding material sector:
-The tongue-and-groove joint permitssimple and rapid erection, while ensu-ring a very firm and perfectly tightjoint that allows the panels to be erec-ted vertically or horizontally. -To a very large extent, the panels areself-supporting and auxiliary structu-res are only used where the height ofthe chamber exceeds 9 metres. -The use of polyurethane foam for thecore of the panel provides optimuminsulating and water resistant proper-ties and gives great rigidity to the

FABRICACIÓN
La reciente puesta en marchade una nueva línea de producción encontinuo nos sitúa en la vanguardiacomo fabricantes de panel y nos per-mite garantizar una elevada y unifor-me calidad de producto, así como unagran flexibilidad de programación. Deesta manera podemos atender lademanda más exigente por parte denuestros clientes.
COMPOSICIÓN
CARA INTERIOR/EXTERIOREl panel frigorífico está compuestopor dos perfiles exteriores, de acerogalvanizado y prepintado de 0,5 ó 0,6mm de espesor, conformados en frío.

INSULATIONThe expanded polyurethane insula-tion, with an average density of 40kg/m³, is injected between the twometal skins. The Perfrisa & FrigorificoPIR Panels have been tested andhave obtained the BS2D0 classifica-tion according to 3501-01 EN.

PANEL JOINTS
Our system of dry tongue-and-groove joints enables the panelsto be assembled quickly and easily,guaranteeing a perfectly tight jointand uniform insulation. It also givesan excellent aesthetic appearance, aswith this system, a uniform and conti-nuous wall surface is achieved.
This joint also allows thewhole of the wall and roofing structu-re to work together, absorbing expan-sions and contractions as they occur,on the hot and cold sides of the refri-gerated chambers. It also guarantees

Los distintos procesos produc-tivos que tienen lugar en estas cáma-ras frigoríficas, así como las necesi-dades ambientales e higiénicas deestas instalaciones, requieren unestudio para determinar el acabadoidóneo en cada caso.
Habitualmente se util iza elPoliéster, pudiendo en casos espe-ciales (tipos de producto, condicionesambientales, etc.) suministrar bajopedido los siguientes:
Plastisol, PVDF, PVC atóxico yacero inoxidable.
FINISHES

Igualmente desde el año 1996,Loss Prevention Certification BoardLimited (LPCB) de Gran Bretaña certificaque Arcelor Transformados es fabricantede materiales de cubierta y fachada resis-tentes al fuego
Asímismo, el certificado de pro-ducto Aenor garantiza que el panel frigorí-fico está fabricado conforme a la NormaUNE 41.950.
TESTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Since 1991, Arcelor Construcciónhas held the Registered CompanyCertificate issued by Aenor in accordancewith the requirements of the SpanishStandard UNE 66.902 - ISO 9002 QualitySystems.
Moreover, since 1996, the BritishLoss Prevention Certification BoardLimited (LPCB) certifies that ArcelorConstrucción manufactures fire resistantwall and roofing materials.
Also the Aenor certificated gua-rantees that the panel is manufactured inaccordance with the UNE 41.950 regula-tion.
