GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

WALLS
Structure of the external supporting walls of the frame, finished with wood fiber coating with a thermal
coefficient equal to U = 0.135W / m2
ROOF WITH VIEWED BEAMS
The exposed beam ceiling provided has a thermal coefficient equal to: U = 0.18 W / m2
SOLID AND / OR LAMINATED WOOD STRUCTURE
The solid and / or laminated wood structures meet the requirements mentioned in point A of chapter 11.1
of the NTC 2018 (CE Specifications of structural elements).
WINDOWS
All the windows and doors of the terrace have triple glazing with a double chamber and have S-class
profiles (as required by the mandatory EN 12608 standard in Italy). Furthermore, they have a particularly
high radiation resistance value (12 GJ / m2), a value much higher than the limit established by the
standard.
WARRANTY
The guarantee of the structures is ten years. Thanks to an agreement with the ITAS insurance group, it is
possible to extend it to thirty years.
THE SUPPLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE EXTERNAL WALLS INCLUDES:
• External cladding with 40 mm WOODEN FIBER PANEL COATING for plastering the exterior part
• 12 mm OSB BOARD
• Thermal ventilation chamber
• 30 x 45 mm wooden counter slats
• Riwega USB WALL 85 Breathable 0.5mm Waterproof Case

• Structure in wooden studs C24 45 × 195 mm, h 2500mm, 2600mm, 2700mm
• 200mm total thermal insulation
• 0.2mm steam brake

• 50 mm mineral wool thermal insulation inserted in 45 x 45 mm slats (chamber of electrical and hydraulic

THE SUPPLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNAL WALLS INCLUDES:
Structure of the walls with 45 mm thick and variable width wooden studs (95/145/195 mm)
SUPPLY OF ONLY THE MATERIAL WITHOUT ASSEMBLY:

SUPPLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE Loft
(ONLY FOR TWO-FLOOR HOUSE)
THE SUPPLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE Loft (ONLY FOR TWO-FLOOR HOUSES) INCLUDES:
• OSB (technical wood) panel 18 mm thick
• 240mm wooden beam at variable wheelbase according to static calculations
TO COMPLETE THE Loft AFTER INSERTING THE FACILITIES THEY WILL BE SUPPLIED BUT THEY WILL NOT
ASSEMBLE THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS:
• Thermal insulation in mineral wool of a total of 200 mm (2 layers of 100 mm),
• 30 x 45 mm wooden counter battens (chamber for electrical and hydraulic installations),

THE SUPPLY FOR THE WORK OF THE STRUCTURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROOF INCLUDES:

• Class S profiles

• Thermal coefficients Uw value = up to 0.50 W / (m2K) / Uf value = 0.95 W / (m²K)

LIST OF TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE SUPPLY
OUR TECHNICAL STUDY OFFERS TOGETHER WITH THE SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
• Drafting of structural execution designs.
• Static test of the structures that includes:
- control of the structural reports of the project
- control of certified testing of materials
- technical test relationship
LIST OF EXCLUDED TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SERVICES
IT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE SUPPLY AND THEREFORE AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHARGE THE FOLLOWING:
• Crane
• Foundation plate
• Scaffolding and portable ladders
• Window sandwich panels and perimeter walls before cutting
• Where it is not possible to get to the construction site with the trailer, the client is in charge of
transportation from the closest unloading location accessible to the construction site.
• Accommodation for the assembly team during the entire assembly phase.
• Removal of waste from the site.
