Cons: Purchase price (4000-4400)
Required battery voltage to operate. On a typical18Ah battery the engine will continue to run 30-60minutes after the ECU failing.
Recomended to be used on Odyssey batteries andnot Li-Po, Li-Fe as the lithium batteris shut down ata higher voltage than lead batteries
Installation time, typically 4-10 days depending onthe amount of hours put down each day
Pros: Pressurized fuel system (35-45psi) No risk of vapor
lock (Fuel return system)
Eliminate risk of carb icing
No need for carburetor maintenance andsyncronization
Optimized combustion
Automatic lean system (altitude/temperature etc)
Reduce consumption by 10-20%
Less vibrations due to only one throttle body
Typically 1-3Kg weight savings (depends on kit andinstallation)
Manual mixture option (+/- 50% lean/rich)
ECU will continue to run even with failing sensors asa redundancy feature.
Unlimitid TBOCan be moved over to new engine.Replace pumps every 5 years, 300
During 2000Hrs you can save ~ 18.000 on MOGASwhen decreasing fuel consumtion from 18l/hr to13l/hr. Another 2500-3000 on carburetormaintenance parts during 2000hrs.

Fuel injection is a old and proven
technology throgh the automitive
industry and not through
motorcycles, boat engines and
aircraft engines. Its technology that
will outperform carburetors in everypossible aspect.
How to convert to EFI First of all you must concider what
disposable space you have available in you
engine compartment
Simply remove old parts and install new
parts according to the installation manual
Test run the engine on groun and monitor
EGT temperatures and preferably with a
wideband O2 gauge as well
Make corrections and adjustments if
needed in the ECU controller by pressing
+/- in the RPM/FUEL menu

Turbo conversion of engines is not
something new. It was first done in 1885
Some history: Allready in 1885 Gottlieb Daimler patented a newtechnique which included using a gear driven airpump which boosted a piston
engine.
The more known turbo chager as we know it today was first invented by the
Swiss man called Alfred Bchiin 1905 who then patented the first exhaust gasdriven turbo charger. Turbo charging an engine will not only increase power
and torque but on aircrafts also maintain or boost power at higher altitudes.
Our standard system typically delivers 32 MAP in FL100 and 28 in FL145.

How the various turbo chargers work
A turbo charger contains a turbine wheel and a compressor wheel. The hot
exhaust gas drives the turbine which is attached to a turbins shaft which
drives a compressor wheel on the cold-end. The compressor wheelcompresses air and forces it into the engine make a greater combustion
explotion, which again produces more power. Simple, yet efficent technology.

VVTVariable Vane Technology is a relativly new technology which based on our experience is the
best option available for aircraft engines. It has several airfoils places in a circle around the exhaust
turbine which changes the angle of attach which again controlls the speed of the exhaust gas over the
turbine and then again the boost level. It is also self-contained with life-time turbine oil which
lubricates and cools the turbo. Thereby it does not required oil from the engine. Weight, only 4,5Kg

Pros Cons
1. Normalized MAP pressure and even
increased power from sealevel and
up.
2. Reduced take-off distance.3. Drastically increased rate of climb.
4. Increased cruising speed.
5. Enables high altitude flighs.
6. In conjunction with carburetors it
eliminates the risk of carburetor icing
due to the pre-heated intake air.
1. Increased weight, typically 4.5-6Kg
2. Increased fuel consumption as you
increase power.
3. Requires some space under thecowling. Fabrication of exhaust and
muffler requires some work.
4. Slightly increased temperature under
the cowling.

Big Bore KitsWe deliver Big Bore Kits machined from high dencity billett aluminum. They come in 1403cc 8.5:1 turbo.
1484cc 11:1. 1603cc 11:1. 1693cc 11:1. They are billit and not casted which gives higher material
dencity. They have 14 cooling fins over stock 9 fins and they are plated with Nikasil, Silicone and Carbid.
Pistons are forged light weight JE race pistons all balanced to +/- 0.5 grams
