• Assess industrial, commercial and residential sites for their environmental impact• Design systems for waste management, reclamation, transfer and disposal on land, sea, and air• Advocate best remediative procedures for site clean-up and contamination• Advise policymakers and companies on relevant environmental issues• Evaluate the current system performance and incorporate innovations or develop new technologies
