Toda percepción del color es ilusión... No

vemos los colores como son realmente.

En nuestra percepción, se pueden

transformar entre sí de manera tal, que

dos colores distintos parezcan iguales,

por ejemplo, o dos colores iguales,

distintos, o los opacos parezcan

transparentes y formas concretas se

conviertan en irreconocibles. Este "juego"

del color -el cambio de identidad- es el

objeto de mi estudio.

Any perception of color is an illusion ... We

do not see colors as they really are. In our

perception, can be transformed with one

another in such a way that two different

colors appear equal, for example, or two

Cuando mezcles pintura intenta hacer una mezcla suficiente en cantidad de modo

que cubra todas las necesidades de tu trabajo. Una paleta con depósitos o platillos

algo profundos es mejor ya que mantiene la pintura a una decente profundidad

evitando que se seque demasiado rápido. Si no dispones de ella, mezcla un

segundo pozo al lado del original (mejor que encima) y hazlo antes de que se

acabe o seque. Esto permite comprobarlos colores mientras la pintura original está

húmeda. Es muy importante ya que los colores difieren de estar secos a húmedos.

AZUL (BLUE): Los azules necesitan ser oscurecidos con azules más profundos

mejor que con negro, ya que añadiendo negro harán parecer el azul muy

mugriento.

ROJO (RED): Para oscurecer un rojo fuerte, añade un fuerte verde. Añade una

pequeña cantidad y juzga el efecto

VERDE (GREEN): Los verdes son muy parecidos a los Azules por lo que necesitan

oscurecerse con un versiones de color más profundas del mismo color mucho

mejor que con negro. Tú puedes también oscurecer el profundo verde con un

profundo rojo o. Un poco de verde oscurece mucho el rojo.

AMARILLO (YELLOW): Los amarillos necesitan ser oscurecidos mezclándolos

con marrones amarillentos, naranja o rojos, básicamente colores calientes.

ejemplo, en Japón y en la mayor

parte de los países islámicos, el color

blanco simboliza la muerte.

El Amarillo: Muchas culturas, es el símbolo de la deidad y es el color más luminoso,

más cálido, ardiente y expansivo, es el color de la luz del sol. Genera calor, provoca el buen

humor y la alegría.

El verde: La esperanza, la fecundidad, los bienes que han de venir, el deseo de vida

eterna. Es un color sedante, hipnótico, anodino.

El Azul: El símbolo de la profundidad se le atribuyen efectos calmantes y se usa en

ambientes que inviten al reposo. El azul es el más sobrio de los colores fríos, transmite

seriedad, confianza y tranquilidad.

Negro: El negro se relaciona con la oscuridad, el dolor, la desesperación, la Formalidad

y solemnidad, la tristeza, la melancolía, la infelicidad y desventura, el enfado y la

irritabilidad y puede representar lo que está escondido y velado.
