Advanced Ayurveda Nutrition
This 20 lesson course will deepen your understanding of Ayurveda Nutrition. Become inspired to change your life by understanding the effect of diet on the mind, body and spirit. Students will participate in online classes with access to additional resources and video footage. The course is divided into 20 lessons. Students access all course material via the online learning platform used to deliver the Diploma course and may use this as preparation for further studies. Students may elect to purchase five Training Manuals for the fee of $65

Ayurvedic Cooking Practice To Enhance Yoga Practice (AYTACP501A)
will be required to pay the balance and complete all set assessments,
participate in one practical workshop and view video recordings with

Teach the Integration of Ayurvedic Cooking
Practice To Enhance Yoga Practice
(AYTACP501A)
Study the Nationally accredited unit recognised within Australia and
deepen your knowledge in Ayurveda Nutrition.
Material covered in this unit of competency provides an overview on
the history and philosophies of Ayurveda and Yoga. Students will devel-
op knowledge of Ayurveda nutrition to include but not limited to; 6
tastes, 10 opposing pairs, Agni and Ama with the skills and knowledge
required to educate clients about how to select, prepare and consume
food to complement their Yoga practices. It also covers facilitating the
development of, and modelling, eating rituals for prepared food to en-
hance Yoga practice.
Online classes are conducted by fully qualified Ayurveda Health Care
Professionals.
Students will receive access to six training manuals, online classes and
additional resources. All students will be required to attend and
participate in one weekend practical at the Aligning Health Retreat &
Day Spa.
Students will be required to complete practically based assessments to
obtain competency. At the end of this course graduates receive a
Statement of Attainment from the College of Health and Fitness
qualifying students to teach clients to integrate Ayurvedic cooking
practices into their yoga practice to enhance individual session
outcomes .
Graduates complete the Pre-requisite unit to continue into the Diploma
of Ayurveda Yoga teaching (10579NAT)
