Add new fields to a dynamic selection:
In order to add new fields, first we need to know which logical database our report uses:
1.- System Status
2.- Double click on program name
3.- Go to Attributes
4.- There you have the Logical database used by your transaction.
5.- With this information we go to transaction SE36:
6.- Choose "Extras -> Selection views".
7.- Copy selection view "SAP" to "CUS".
8.- Change view "CUS".
9.- Go to "Tables", select the correct table, for example table PROJ for object type "Project definition". Here, you must ensure that this table is also listed under "Extras -> Dynamic selections" - only these tables can be used.
10.- Double-click on the table name.
11.- In the "Fields of the table", select the fields desired and allocate them to one of the "Functional groups". For example we will add “Category for projects” field under “Master Data Definition”.
12.- Save.
