Revisión
Se ha recibido de la Misión Permanente de Nueva Zelandia la siguiente comunicación, de fecha 2 de marzo de 1990.
Se recuerda que Nueva Zelandia notificó (véase el documento TAR/156) a las PARTES CONTRATANTES que, de conformidad con los dispuesto en el párrafo 5 del articulo XXVIII del Acuerdo General, se reservaba el derecho de modificar la Lista XIII - Nueva Zelandia durante el trienio que comenzó el Ie de enero de 1988.
Tengo el honor de notificar por la presente a las PARTES CONTRATANTES que Nueva Zelandia tiene la intención de modificar las concesiones contenidas en la Lista XIII - Nueva Zelandia que se indican a continuación. Con la presente notificación se enmienda y sustituye la que figura en el documento del GATT SECRET/329, de 11 de agosto de 1989.
