SE ADMITEN PUJAS POR ESCRITO

NORMAS PARA LA COMPRA EN SUBASTA 1. Los lotes se adjudicarán al mejor postor.

2. Las pujas se establecen con arreglo a la siguiente escala:

De 50 € hasta 200 € 10 € De 200 € hasta 500 € 25 € De 500 € hasta 1.000 € 50 € De 1.000 € hasta 2.000 € 100 € De 2.000 € hasta 5.000 € 200 € De 5.000 € en adelante 500 €

3. El precio de remate se incrementará en un 10 %.

4. Pueden efectuarse pujas por escrito, siendo la sala quien representa al com-prador sin costo alguno para éste. Al mismo tiempo la sala adjudicará el lote al precio más bajo posible y no a la máxima oferta recibida.

5. Una vez adjudicado un lote, el comprador rellenará una fi cha con nombre, dirección teléfono y fi rma como aceptación de la compra en las condiciones de la subas-ta.

6. Cuando exista algún problema en la adjudicación de un lote entre dos o más clientes, el subastador decidirá la adjudicación o podrá subastarlo de nuevo.

7. Los datos del catálogo se consiguen a base de cuidadosa investigación y ase-soramiento. De acuerdo con la costumbre internacional los objetos catalogados se venden con todas sus faltas e imperfecciones inclusive errores de descripción, cuando los haya, debiendo los compradores cerciorarse antes de la subasta si la descripción concuerda con su opinión personal sobre el respectivo lote.

8. Los lotes se subastarán en el estado en que se encuentren, no aceptando nin-guna reclamación sobre restauraciones, desperfectos, roturas, etc., aunque no se hayan hecho constar en el catálogo.

La exposición de los lotes tiene por fi nalidad permitir un perfecto examen y estudio de los mismos.

9. Una vez que el comprador se haya adjudicado uno o más lotes, deberá reti-rarlo y liquidarlo en un plazo inferior a los 10 días de la subasta.

10. Los diferentes lotes serán expuestos 25 días antes de la celebración de la Subasta en nuestro local de Cirilo Amorós, 55, en horas habituales.

ADMISIÓN OBJETOS DE ARTEPARA PRÓXIMAS SUBASTAS

Las obras de arte a depositar en nuestra Galería para su venta mediante subasta, deberán ser recibidas con 60 días de antelación a la misma.

Estudiaremos las piezas que Vd. nos presente, y le informaremos de cuáles son las posibilidades de dichos objetos en nuestra subasta.

Las valoraciones serán realizadas de mutuo acuerdo entre la Galería y el vendedor.

La Comisión de venta que se descontará al vendedor será del 20% en todos los objetos.

Los pagos de los lotes adjudicados en subasta, se efectuarán 15 días después de la misma, siempre y cuando hayan sido abonados por el comprador.

Los lotes no adjudicados, deberán ser retirados por el propietario en el plazo de 10 días después de la subasta. Pasado este plazo la Galería no se responsabiliza de los obje-tos no retirados.
