The self-esteem

I can say I study psychology because I work with children at risk. They are very delicate situations where the self-esteem of the child is hurt and they do not develop in certain areas there is an emotional balance and often also physical. They do not want to play with friends, they do not feel good about their appearance or the way they behave is not the same as their classmates.Child intervention is done by making some simple questions like:What do you do every day?Do you play with your friends?Like how you look?Do you worry about what will happen tomorrow?

These are questions that you realize the your child has low self-esteem and work or with which the one with the low self-esteem.Now I can and work your child's self-esteem, working first their thinking and exercise takes place in verbalizations as"I have", "I am", "I", "I can"In all these utterances different protective factors such as self-esteem, self-confidence and the environment, autonomy and social competence working. These verbal attributions are considered a generating source of resilience.

I HAVE

People who love me as I am.People teach me the rules are not broken.People who help me when I'm sick.

I AMA child who my friends want.Friendly, capable and friendly with my family and friends.

I AMWilling to take responsibility for my actions.Sure everything will be fine.

I CanTalk about things that scare me or disturb me.Find a way to solve my problems.Find someone to help me when I need it.Mistake and mischief without losing the affection of my parents.Feel and express affection.

This is the part that I like psychology student to learn or study and delve into this issue to help these children who are and need long that work in that area, so they can develop freely and they can follow children safe and have confidence in yourself.
