    PRINCIPIO DE OPERACIONEl reductor cicloidal está compuesto por tres conjuntos.

    1) Conjunto del eje de entrada con el rodamiento excéntrico.

    2) Conjunto de reducción. 3) Conjunto eje de salida.

    El torque transmitido a el eje de alta velocidad rota la cámara excéntrica y el ajuste de los cojinetes de cilindros, y gira los discos cicloidales alrededor de la circunferencia interna del alojamiento del anillo fijo.

    Los dientes de los discos cicloidales tocan los pernos del aro fijo, produciendo una rotación invertida a la velocidad reducida. Cada rotación del eje de alta velocidad avanza los discos cicloidales el ángulo de un diente en la dirección opuesta.

    La rotación reducida de los discos cicloidales es transmitida al ajuste del eje de salida by means of drive pins y cilindros, los cuales son proyectados a través de orificios localizados alrededor del bore de los discos cicloidales.

Maintenance - Free grease lubricated units are filled with specially designated long-life grease assure maintenance free operation, replenishment is unnecessary, but replacement in every 20,000 hours of operation or every 4 - 5 years intervals is recommended for longer service life.For those grease lubricated units other than Maintenance- Free types, please replenish or replace according to the service manual.     Bajo todas las condiciones, cada unidad TECNON necesita un cambio de aceite inicialdespués de las primeras 500 horas de uso de operación. Los siguientes camnios de acite dependerán de las condiciones operativas.

    Cargas radiales admisibles en el eje de salidaCuando un engranaje, un piñón de cadena o una polea se coloca en el eje de salida, es muy importante asegurarse que la carga radial aplicada en el eje de salida sea menor que la carga radial admisible.Calcule la carga radial aplicada:
