La Tienda (the shop) is where you can find a huge selection of
jamones, cold cuts, olive oils, anchovies, wines and glassware to
bring home, purchase as gifts or to feast on the spot. The room can
seat up to 23.

La Sala de Cata (the tasting room) offers a relaxed and casual
environment specifically made for tasting and sharing wine, jamon,
and olive oils.. While it is a space meticulously designed for
learning, it is also ideal for intimate corporate and social
gatherings which can seat up to 12 pax.

13The cellar of over 1,500 special wines opens its doors to one
of the most unique dining experiences. The wines will be
accompanied by a tasting of jamon, and a pairing with expert
guidance and dishes prepared by our state of the art full service
kitchen. This can seat up to 10 pax.

Txanton is the first Jamoneria in the Philippines, opening its
doors last November 2015. It brings in Jamon Serrano, Iberico and
100% Bellota from the 4 regions allowed to produce: Guijuelo,
Jabugo, Extremadura, and Pedroches.
Txanton provides a great concept of jamon experience where you
can taste the different flavor profiles of the jamon depending on
their breeds and origins.
Understanding Jamon as Spanish Icon
Whether in Spain or in abroad, there is no denying that just
about everyone seems to love Spanish jamon.
Though master carvers (cortadores de jamon) make it look easy,
Txanton educates and teaches customers its benefits of eating
carved Iberian ham. We also offer jamon carving services in
events.
