 1 de 21 Batt ery Reference Data Valores d e Referencia de con ductancia  Los valores de referencia son valores promedio y se utilizan como pautas genera les; Midtronics recomienda a los usuarios a que establezcan sus propios valores de referencia.  Estos valores están sujetos a cambios por Midtronics o los fabricantes de baterías por ade cuación de la tecnología  En general, se toma una mu estra de 30 baterías nuevas o en perfecto estado para obtener un valor representativo de una batería nueva, la medida se realiza on-line (en flotación) pasados 90 días de s u instalación.  Las medidas han sido obtenidas, o ajustadas a 25ºC para su consistencia. Fuertes cambios de temperatura af ectan la conductancia medida.  Las diferencias entre la conductancia medida y los valores listados pueden ser el resultado de variaciones en la forma de tratarlas, instalarlas o mantenerlas. Es necesario que TODOS LOS DATOS DEL SITIO SE GUARDEN y que estén disponibles para futuras intervenciones. Determine sus prop ios valores de referencia. Normas Generales: Baterías iguales: mismo modelo, igual vol taje, amperaje y edad (fechas entorn o a 6 meses) podrán tener el siguiente patrón 1. Las baterías nueva s, de un mismo bloque de baterías, podr án variar en torno a un 10% de v ariación unas de otras (+/- 5%) estando el conjunto en perfecto estado 2. Cuando la variación de las baterías de un mismo bloque varíe en torno a un 20% ( +/- 10%) aun podrá dar un conjunto que suministre la energía necesaria durante el tiempo de descarga, aunque sería necesaria una revisión a fondo. 3. Cuando la variación es superior al 30% por debajo del v alor de referencia tendremos dificultades para obtener el 80% de su capacidad nominal. Procedimiento p ara el análisis de las baterí as:  Siga la política de seguridad de su empresa mientras esté midiendo las baterías  Mida siempre en bornes d e plomo para una mayor consistencia. E vite medir en bornas o en contactos de acero inoxidable, ya que los valores serán más bajos.  Las condiciones de trabajo, las condiciones del sitio, los cambios del fabricante y otr os factores pueden variar los resultados. Mida de nuevo para verificar cualquier resultado sospechoso.  Los archivos guardados de cada ubicación deberían incluir: temperatura, poder de carga, inspección visual, condiciones, voltaje y promedio de la batería y datos de conductancia.  Identifique cada batería para asegurarse que en sucesivas actuaciones los datos se correlacionen c on la misma batería.  Las medidas a través de cables de tipo amperimétrico puede n reducir la efectividad de la medida significativamente.
