SALos ventiladores SA son ventiladores

centrífugos de simple oído, equipados con una turbina con álabes o palas curvas adelantadas. El diseño de este tipo de turbinas es especial para manejar grandes caudales de aire a medianas presiones estáticas; manteniendo un bajo consumo de energía. Estas prestaciones altas, se deben llevar a cabo en condiciones de aire limpio, sin polvo o grasa, con temperaturas no mayores a 80 º C.

La gama se compone de 9 tamaños distintos, disponibles en dos versiones constructivas según el sentido de rotación de la turbina.

La serie de ventiladores SA está equipada con estructuras laterales de forma rectangular, construida con perfiles en “C” que refuerzan la unidad, formando una estructura cúbica y de volumen reducido. Estos soportes a su vez, están fijados a un bastidor reforzado, formando una estructura rígida en la cual se soporta la base del motor, diseñada para realizar ajustes en la tensión de las bandas.

MODELOS

Estos equipos fabricados en lámina galvanizada resistente a la corrosión, están diseñados para brindar eficiencia y confiabilidad en aplicaciones de suministro, extracción y retorno de aire por conductos, su diseño permite obtener cuatro posiciones de descarga (cada 90°).

La serie DA integra un arreglo especial en la cual la base motor se encuentra sobre la envolvente del equipo.

La serie DA/B cuenta con un arreglo en el cual el motor descansa sobre un bastidor común al ventilador.

El modelo de mayor tamaño de esta gama, el DA 36/36, es un equipo que cuenta con características importantes de resistencia en su conjunto, para lograr un nivel inigualable en prestaciones. En donde todo el conjunto se encuentra reforzado: turbinas robustas y con altos estándares de balanceo, soportes reforzados, rodamientos en carcaza industrial de larga vida útil.

Equipos acoplados en paralelo, accionados con un solo motor, unidos mediante el mismo eje transmisión.

Disponibles en tamaños 10/10, 12/12 y 15/15.

Estos equipos representan una opción interesante para aplicaciones donde el espacio a ocupar por los ventiladores se encuentra restringido.

Fabricados con las mismas características constructivas que los equipos DA de doble aspiración.

La principal aplicación de esta opción es para montaje en plenum para manejadoras, cajas filtración. etc.

La serie de Ventiladores Centrífugos de Mediana Presión cuenta con turbinas de tipo alabes curvos adelantados, además dispone de dos opciones de fabricación: Simple y Doble Aspiración, con ello crea la gama de equipos denominada: SA (Centrífugo Simple Aspiración), DA (Centrífugo de Doble aspiración).

Detalles Constructivos

Los ventiladores centrífugos de la serie SA y DA, emplean una turbina con álabes o palas curvas adelantadas, fijadas en sus extremos por anillos de acero reforzado y las turbinas de doble entrada se unen en su parte central a un disco doble.

El diseño del álabe está concebido para minimizar las pérdidas por turbulencias del aire , obtener la máxima eficiencia en el aprovechamiento de la potencia acoplada y generar el mínimo nivel sonoro.

Ventiladores Centrífugos Simple y Doble Aspiración

El balanceo estático y dinámico que se aplica a las turbinas garantiza un adecuado funcionamiento y duración.

Las carcazas que componen a esta serie de ventiladores, están formadas por dos paredes laterales con perfiles aerodinámicos y una envolvente curva continua.

Un deflector de aire montado en la boca de descarga, evita la recirculación del aire dentro de la carcaza, de esta manera se eliminan las turbulencias y se logra un funcionamiento eficiente.

Laboratorios S&P y Ensayos de Equipos

El Grupo S&P ha consolidado cuatro Laboratorios Acreditados para pruebas de ventiladores: dos en América (EUA y México) y uno en Asia (Singapur) con Acreditación AMCA.

Además del Centro R+D+i ubicado en Europa (España) en donde cuenta además, con un Laboratorio Acreditado por ENAC.

Todos los datos de Caudal, presión, consumo energético, eficiencia, nivel sonoro, que se muestran en el presente catálogo, han sido evaluados y corroborados en Laboratorios S&P, brindando confiabilidad en las prestaciones del equipo.

Selección del Ventilador

En función del caudal y de la presión se definen los parámetros necesarios para el montaje de la transmisión y el motor.

Elección del motor:Las curvas de potencias indicadas en las gráficas son potencias absorbidas al eje del ventilador en

HP. Se recomienda considerar entre un 10 y un 15% adicional para compensar las pérdidas por fricción en la transmisión.

Nivel sonoro:Los niveles de sonido asociados con diferentes fuentes emisoras son usualmente medidos como

una función de frecuencia. Para determinar si existen problemas con el nivel sonoro de los equipos de ventilación es empleado un sistema de filtración catalogado como escala “A” que es la más ampliamente usada para efectuar mediciones sonoras.

Las curvas de niveles sonoros son curvas de potencia sonora en dB, obtenidas a partir de mediciones de potencia sonora. La conversión de valores se efectúo según la norma AMCA 301, a 1.5 mts. de distancia a partir de la fuente sonora.

Selección de motor

La curva de potencia mostrada en cada una de las gráficas de quipos representa la Potencia absorbida a la flecha medida en BPH.

Para determinar la potencia instalada del motor, se deberá aplicar el factor de corrección para compensar las pérdidas por transmisión.
