HIDROTEN I VENTOSAS NET® / NET® AIR RELEASE VALVE
02
Hidroten, with this family, incorporates in the market a range of release valves that offer the professional solutions to the hour to avoid problems arising from the presence of air in the lines. These release valves have been developed for use in different sectors. The range is composed of three types of suction pads, in materials GFPP and PA:
Kinetic. They will be used to evacuate great amounts of air in the pipe, mainly generated by the own system (starting of the pump, filling of the pipes, etc.) and to introduce air from the atmosphere into the pipe (pipe draining). Its dynamic design purges the air at a high speed.
Simple effect or automatic. They are used for releasing small quantities of air with pressure. This air is generated mainly by important and punctual pressure losses.
Double effect or trifunctional. They combine the functions of automatic and kinetic air release valves. They have two holes to air evacuation and intake.
Points on the line current varies with respect to the hydraulic grade line, double effect.
High points of the pipe (valve pit), double effect.
Out of pumping, kinetic effect at a high point before the valve.

When selecting a net air for a given application must follow the following steps:
Determine the size of each net air independently for each point of the installation.
Determining the maximum air flow for both filling and for emptying the piping.
With the rate of expulsion or admission search the graph corresponding to the cup we want to use, keep in mind that to avoid problems, the differential pressure corresponding to the flow we need must be less than 3.5 meter water column.
If the capacity of intake or exhaust air can not be achieved with a single valve may be installed several in parallel.
