Bienvenida
Estimados alumnos, Espero que estén muy bien y listos para empezar esta EE. Lo primero que se les pide son muchas ganas y un gusto por llevar esta EE. El inglés requiere sobre todo práctica y aprendizaje a base de intentos, corrección y revisión. Así que estaremos al pendiente para que esta EE puedas disfrutarla y ver las grandes bondades de aprender otro idioma no sólo porque me lo piden, sino por gusto y deseo de aprender.

I. INTRODUCCIÓN AL CENTRO DE AUTOACCESO El Centro de Auto Acceso (CAA) está diseñado para funcionar como un área de práctica y autoaprendizaje. Su uso,
ayuda a desarrollar el proceso de aprendizaje autónomo del idioma inglés. Brinda atención a los alumnos que cursan las
experiencias educativas de Inglés I y II en modalidad de autoaprendizaje o presencial.
Los alumnos autónomos utilizan el CAA, para cumplir un calendario de actividades, no cuentan con horario específico y
son guiados por diferentes asesores para acreditar la experiencia educativa. Ser alumno autónomo implica
responsabilidad, honestidad y un compromiso en términos de independencia y libertad, por lo cual se te sugiere estar al
pendiente de todas las actividades en el CAA y de los avisos publicados en la página del CAA y en la cuenta del
Facebook CAA Coatzacoalcos.
El CAA está formado por el siguiente personal:
4 Asesores: Apoyan tu aprendizaje para acreditar la experiencia, elaborando material y guiándote en el
desarrollo de tus actividades.
2 Instructoras: Brindan atención a los usuarios, llevan el control de las actividades escolares y en la base de
datos.
1 Técnico académico: Da soporte técnico a los equipos que se utilizan en el Centro de Auto acceso.
El CAA cuenta con 4 áreas: Lectura-Escritura, Audio, Cómputo y Conversación, en las cuales encontrarás diversos
recursos que te serán de gran utilidad para acreditar esta experiencia educativa.
II. EXPERIENCIA EDUCATIVA DE INGLÉS A TRAVÉS DE AUTO-ACCESO
La experiencia educativa (para abreviar EE) de inglés I tiene como antecedente lo que estudiaste en la preparatoria. Los
contenidos son un repaso de un nivel básico de inglés. Además de aprender inglés, esta EE en la modalidad de
autoaprendizaje tiene como objetivo el fomento de las estrategias de aprendizaje y el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de
la comunicación en la educación. Es por ello que gran parte del material con el que vas a trabajar:
está en formato basado en computadora;
es un material adaptado para aprender inglés,
tiene autoevaluaciones y retroalimentaciones y
está diseñado para autoevaluarte.
Recuerda utilizar este manual todo el tiempo, porque explica en detalle todo el funcionamiento del curso, la forma en
que se va a evaluar, las actividades de aprendizaje y la forma de comprobar los registros de las mismas.
Es importante que adquieras un compromiso muy fuerte para cursar esta EE, pues gran parte de la calificación se
encuentra bajo tu responsabilidad y el interés que muestres. Ten presente que el personal del CAA está disponible para
apoyarte en tu proceso. Mucha suerte y adelante.

EVALUACION
Las actividades que realizarás como alumno autónomo te permitirán desarrollar las habilidades básicas de comprensión
de lectura, comprensión escrita, expresión oral y expresión escrita. Aunado a esto, tu desempeño en el CAA es evaluado
en diferentes rubros, por lo que es importante que identifiques el valor en porcentaje de cada uno de ellos. La
calificación mínima aprobatoria para la EE de Inglés es 6 (60%).

Nota: Recuerda que esta tabla de evaluación comprende lo que será evaluado en el CAA. Cualquier otra actividad que realices extra será sólo para que mejores tu aprendizaje, pero no está incluida en la evaluación.
Calendario:
El calendario de actividades tiene como objetivo presentar una programación de las actividades que debes realizar como alumno autónomo. Incluye las fechas en que debes realizar:
1) Evaluaciones temáticas2) Composiciones escritas 3) Clubes de conversación4) Exámenes parciales5) Tutorías en los Talleres de Nivelación (No forman parte de la evaluación. Son tomados solo cuando necesites

También se te sugiere observar el tiempo que necesitas dedicar a esta EE a la semana y sobre todo a los temas que vas a
abordar de acuerdo con las fechas estipuladas. La información de este calendario es de utilidad para programar y
sincronizar tu tiempo de manera que estés al tanto de las fechas de las actividades a realizar de esta EE. Recuerda
siempre consultar los avisos en la recepción del CAA, en la cuenta de Facebook o en la página oficial del CAA para que te
mantengas informado de cualquier evento o ajuste en el calendario.

Las ligas que se seleccionaron son específicamente para tu programa, por lo que te sugerimos sólo realizar los ejercicios
que se te sugieren sin seguir navegando en otros temas que no son pertinentes para estudiar los contenidos del
programa.
EVALUACIONES MODULARES
Las evaluaciones modulares se realizan en el área de cómputo del CAA y se presentan de acuerdo con el calendario de
actividades. Deberás hacerlas al final de 2 o 3 unidades. Esta evaluación modular te permite conocer más sobre tu
aprendizaje. Recuerda que el valor de todas ellas es de 10% sobre las calificaciones que obtuviste en cada una.
COMPOSICIONES ESCRITAS:
Son pequeños extractos que debes ir desarrollando en relación a un tema específico y que deberás ir desarrollando a lo
largo del semestre. Estos pequeños extractos formarán parte de tu proyecto final (Proyecto Aula). Son 4 composiciones
en total y su valor será del 5%. Toma en cuenta las fechas para presentar estas composiciones pues se realizan de
manera presencial en el CAA de acuerdo con el calendario. Para que te des una idea de lo que vas a realizar, observa el
siguiente ejemplo:

EJEMPLO
CLUB DE CONVERSACIÓN
El club de conversación es un espacio designado para que practiques y seas evaluado en la habilidad oral del idioma
inglés. Realiza los siguientes pasos:
a) Antes del club
o Previamente estudia el tema, las estructuras gramaticales, vocabulario y pronunciación correspondientes a las unidades
del programa educativo que corresponda al club.
o Puedes ver videos o realizar conversaciones simuladas con tus compañeros.
o Antes de entrar al club repasa la elaboración de preguntas y respuestas sobre el tema, el vocabulario y las expresiones
más comunes de esos temas.
b) Durante el club
o Se te proporciona una guía que tienes que seguir al pie de la letra.
o La guía primero te contextualiza sobre el tema del club. Sigue las indicaciones.
o Despues de contextualizarte sobre el tema, trabaja en equipo con tus compañeros para estudiar y repasar vocabulario,
expresiones, preguntas y respuestas sobre el tema.
c) Al final del club
El asesor entra después de que se realizó la etapa de estudio del tema y realiza lo siguiente:
o Forma en grupos de 4 a los participantes.
o Realiza preguntas directas.
o Expresa preguntas abiertas.
o Proporciona una conversación para que en pareja la abordes y ejecutes.
o Tienes 3 minutos para llevarla a cabo.
o El asesor evalúa en un rango de 0 a 20 tu desempeño en el club.
Si tu evaluación de los 4 CLUBES fue siempre de 16 o más, exentarás el Examen Oral Final. Se te pedirá tu
consentimiento para que tu asesor te cuente tu promedio en el CLUB, en caso de que aún excento prefieras mejorar tu
calificación.
APARTADO DEL CLUB:
Tienes que acudir al autoacceso y anotarte en la lista correspondiente al nivel que estás cursando. Esta lista se
encuentra al lado de la computadora de registro. Se aceptarán 20 alumnos por club. Escoge la fecha y el horario del
CLUB de conversación que mejor se adapte a tu disponibilidad de horario. Tienes que realizar 4 clubes de conversación
durante el semestre, los cuales te darán un porcentaje de 10 % según tu desempeño.
NOTA: Si el estudiante no llega durante los 10 minutos de tolerancia, otro alumno puede ocupar este lugar
EXAMEN FINAL ESCRITO Como toda EE, inglés también cuenta con un examen final escrito al término del curso con la finalidad de evaluar la competencia de tu aprendizaje. Se encuentra dividido en tres secciones: lectura, escritura y audio.
El examen de inglés que presentarás es el examen que se aplica en el Centro de Idiomas. Su valor equivale al 40% de la calificación total.
EXAMEN FINAL ORAL El examen final oral es el complemento de la evaluación final que evalúa la expresión oral, tiene un valor de 20% y una duración de no más de 7 minutos. Es similar a la práctica que realizas en el Club de Conversación.
Este examen consta de dos secciones:
Una serie de 4 a 5 preguntas abiertas acerca de un tema específico que puede corresponder a cualquier Tema de tu programa de estudios. Aquí es recomendable que des no sólo una respuesta, sino que cumplas con lo que se te pide o te preguntan. Ejemplos:
Tell me about your weekend. What are you wearing today? What are you like?
Una conversación en pareja que es desarrollada inmediatamente después de leer la situación que se escoge al azar de cualquier tema. Sigue las siguientes recomendaciones:
Tienes entre 3 a 4 minutos para realizar la conversación. Lo recomendable es leer la tarjeta de la situación junto a tu compañero para
ponerse de acuerdo. Comentar con tu compañero tu papel y el de él o ella y definir claramente el
objetivo de la conversación. Usar las palabras o expresiones guía sólo como ejemplos, pero enfocarte en el
objetivo de comunicación. Recordar que esta conversación es similar a lo que realizas en los clubes de
conversación en la última etapa.
ASESORÍA:
La asesoría académica es parte importante de tu aprendizaje y se entiende como un medio de comunicación más
personalizado, abierto, y libre entre el académico y tú; en el cuál no sólo se habla de los aspectos académicos de la EE,
sino también se trata de ahondar en tu proceso de aprendizaje y las estrategias de aprendizaje que estás utilizando. Por
lo que se puede concluir que el objetivo de la asesoría es guiarte y apoyarte en tu proceso de aprendizaje a través de
consejos y recomendaciones para que tu aprendizaje sea más efectivo.Las asesorías son muy recomendables para
cuando presentes dificultades durante el curso.

El glosario que se proporciona aquí es muy útil y completamente indispensable para revisar qué palabras, expresiones y verbos tendrás que aprender en esta experiencia. Dicho material está clasificado de acuerdo con los temas del curso, para que los repases y sobre todo las integres en las funciones comunicativas. Por ejemplo, si el tema 3 tiene como función formular acuerdos y desacuerdos sobre alimentos, entonces tendrás que repasar las estructuras para preguntar sobre preferencias en no preferencias sobre alimentos y bebidas, además el vocabulario que te ayude hablar sobre frutas, verduras, tipos de comida, etc).
