GENERALIDADES

Todo espacio aéreo en el cual pudiera existir un peligro po-tencial para la operación de aeronaves y/o restringirse tem-poral o permanentemente la operación de aeronaves civilesse clasifica en:

DEFINICIONES

Zona prohibida (P)

Espacio aéreo de dimensiones definidas sobre el territorioo las aguas jurisdiccionales de España, dentro del cualestá prohibido el vuelo de aeronaves, excepto las españo-las de estado debidamente autorizadas por el Ministeriode Defensa.

Ninguna aeronave volará en una zona prohibida (P) sin haberobtenido el preceptivo permiso del estado español.

Zona restringida (R)

Espacio aéreo de dimensiones definidas sobre el territorio olas aguas jurisdiccionales de España, dentro del cual estárestringido el vuelo de las aeronaves de acuerdo con deter-minadas condiciones especificadas, excepto las aeronavesespañolas de estado cuando así lo exija el cumplimiento desu cometido o por razones de emergencia.

Ninguna aeronave volará en una zona restringida (R) sinajustarse a las restricciones establecidas, salvo que hayaobtenido permiso de la autoridad ATS competente.

Nota: Se consideran prohibidas o restringidas las aguasinteriores que correspondan a estas zonas y, úni-camente cuando se especifique, las aguas territo-riales.

Zona peligrosa (D)

Espacio aéreo de dimensiones definidas en el cual puedendesplegarse en determinados momentos actividades peli-grosas para el vuelo de las aeronaves.

Antes de iniciar un vuelo que afecte a una zona peligrosa(D), el piloto obtendrá toda la información necesaria so-bre las actividades de la misma y horario en que tendránlugar.

Zonas D y R manejables

Zonas militares que manteniendo su concepto D ó R actualpueden gestionarse por la AMC dentro de los periodos pu-blicados en la sección ENR 5.1.

Áreas temporalmente segregadas (TSA)

Espacio aéreo de dimensiones definidas cuya activaciónrequiere una reserva de espacio aéreo para uso exclusivode usuarios específicos durante un período de tiempo de-terminado.

GENERAL

All airspace where a potential hazard to aircraft operationsmay exist and/or over which the operation of civil aircraftmay be restricted, either temporarily or permanently isclassified as:

DEFINITIONS

Prohibited area (P)

Airspace of defined dimensions, above the land areas or te-rritorial waters of Spain, within which the flight of aircraft isprohibited, except Spanish State aircraft duly authorized bythe Ministerio de Defensa.

No aircraft will fly within prohibited areas (P) without havegetting the mandatory special permission from Spanish State.

Restricted area (R)

Airspace of defined dimensions above the land areas or te-rritorial waters of Spain, within the flight of aircraft is restric-ted in accordance with certain specified conditions, exceptSpanish state aircraft when required so by the fulfillment oftheir task or for emergency reasons.

No aircraft will fly within a restricted area (R) withoutcomplying with the established restrictions, except if per-mission is granted by the competent ATS authority.

Note: Inland waters within these areas are consideredprohibited or restricted, and territorial waters onlywhen so specified.

Dangerous area (D)

An airspace of defined dimensions within dangerous activi-ties to the flight of aircraft may exist at specified periods oftime.

Before beginning a flight affected by a dangerous area (D),the pilot in command shall obtain all necesary information ofthe area activities and applicable schedule.

D and R manageables areas

Military areas that maintaining its D or R present conceptare managed and allocated by the AMC within periods of ti-me published in section ENR 5.1.

Temporary segregated areas (TSA)

Airspace of defined dimensions within which activities re-quire the reservation of airspace for the exclusive use ofspecific users during a specific period of time.

DESCRIPCIÓN

Cada zona se identifica con tres letras seguidas de una serienumérica.

Se utilizan dos series numéricas, una para las zonas prohibi-das, restringidas y peligrosas y otra para las áreas temporal-mente segregadas.

Las letras identificadoras son:– P para zonas prohibidas, R para restringidas y D para peli-

grosas, precedidas por el indicador de nacionalidad: LEpara el territorio español peninsular, islas Baleares y Ceu-ta, GE para Melilla y GC para Canarias.Ej. GEP114, LER57, GCD79, etc.

– La abreviatura TSA para las áreas temporalmente segre-gadas.Ej. TSA28.

Una descripción de cada área se encuentra en la tabla apro-piada (ENR 5.1 y 5.2) en la que se indican sus límites latera-les y verticales, tipo de restricción o peligro, horario y cual-quier otra información necesaria.

Todas las actividades que se realizan dentro de restriccio-nes y/o reservas de espacio aéreo se considerarán como deaeronaves sin aprobación RVSM.

DESCRIPTION

Each area is identified by three letters followed by a nume-ric series.

Two different numeric series are used, one for prohibited,restricted and dangerous areas and another one for tempo-rary segregated areas.

The identifier letters are:– P for prohibited, R for restricted, D for dangerous areas,
